The villa features four stunning suites, each with a terrace or direct access to the rooftop.
Room 1 - Jasmin (60m2) :
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 180 cm, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.
Room 2 - Palmier (60m2) :
Room, Ground level. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed, 1 sofa bed. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.
Room 3 - Bougainvillier (35m2) :
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 180 cm, 1 single bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.
Room 4 - Fleur d'oranger (35m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room, private terrace.
Note:
- The house also has a bedroom (with en-suite bathroom) on the lower floor for domestic staff.
Indoors
The interiors are designed to combine warmth and elegance: a spacious, light-filled living room with a fireplace, a dining area opening onto the outdoors, a TV lounge and library, a fully equipped kitchen, and a traditional hammam for a true taste of Moroccan wellness. The décor blends zellige tiles, stucco, beautiful fabrics, handcrafted furniture and contemporary touches, creating a harmonious and timeless atmosphere where every detail is designed to offer relaxation, warmth and style. A children’s play area or fifth guest bedroom completes the amenities.
Outdoors
Beyond the gates, the property’s tree-lined garden is a celebration of nature: over a hundred palm trees, 160 olive trees, shaded spots and flower-lined paths create a picture-postcard setting. The large swimming pool (20 x 5m – Depth: 1.4m) invites you to take a dip or relax in the shade of the parasols. There is parking for 8 cars (including 5 in a covered space).
Staff & Services
The property offers attentive service. A housekeeper takes care of the daily cleaning, a gardener maintains the grounds and the swimming pool, whilst a resident caretaker is on duty 24 hours a day to ensure security and provide assistance.
Breakfast is included in the price.

- ''A la carte'’ option:
You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of that:
- Lunch : from 25 euros per person
- Dinner : from 30 euros per person
- Children under 10: 50% discount.
- ''En liberté'' option: You pay the price of the groceries (plus a €20 supplement for the journey). The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients you buy. Rate for the cook to prepare and serve the entire meal: €30/day.
Important note:
- For groups of more than 8 people, the services of a second cook will be required and will incur an additional charge.

Maison idéale pour notre rituel annuel où nous nous retrouvons tous les huit : grands-parents, parents et enfants.
Un parfait équilibre entre moments de partage et instants de tranquillité, grâce à l’agencement ingénieux de cette demeure spacieuse, décorée avec goût, mêlant subtilement contemporain et tradition. Chacun y trouve naturellement son espace, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur.
Le jardin, vaste et verdoyant, offre une vue magnifique sur l’Atlas, un cadre profondément ressourçant.
Les services proposés sont de qualité et permettent à chacun de profiter pleinement du séjour, avec une mention spéciale pour les petits-déjeuners marocains, absolument délicieux.
Pouvoir profiter d’un hammam sur place, sans avoir à se déplacer, est un véritable luxe.
Bien que Marrakech soit facilement accessible, nous n’y avons consacré qu’une demi-journée : nous connaissons déjà la ville, et surtout, la maison est si agréable qu’on n’a pas envie de la quitter.
Une véritable pépite que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
