Villa Noor is a beautiful villa located on the edge of the Palmeraie and Bab Atlas, just 20 minutes from the city center and Marrakech’s golf courses. The house features 6 bedrooms.
It overlooks the magnificent Atlas mountain range and is set in beautiful countryside dotted with olive and palm trees. Villa Noor offers a private clay tennis court and a heated swimming pool (on request). It is located 20 minutes from the center of Marrakech.

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom ensuite.

Room 5
Room, Ground level, in a pavilion. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also living area.

Room 6
Room, Ground level, in a pavilion. This bedroom has 1 double bed. Bathroom shared. This bedroom includes also living area.

Note: The pavilion, located a few meters from the villa, includes one bedroom and a separate living room with a fireplace. The living room can be arranged as a comfortable double bedroom, sharing the en-suite bathroom of the pavilion bedroom.
Three of the bedrooms can be set up either with double beds or twin beds.

Each evening, the villa staff installs window coverings in the bedrooms.


Indoors

The house features a minimalist design. Patios and large bay windows create a seamless transition between the light-filled interiors and the outdoors, offering beautiful views from one end of the property to the other. The décor is chic, calm, and refined, blending contemporary furniture with ethnic pieces. An office, TV lounge, library, large living room, and dining room with a fireplace open onto a shaded terrace. The bedrooms feature either private terraces or small, relaxing sitting areas.


Outdoors

The villa features large terraces, ideal for panoramic tea-time moments and evenings under the stars. The garden is equally spacious and well laid out, with a dedicated relaxation area for reading and yoga. A beautiful path, lined with lush papyrus, runs from the pavilion and leads to the 18-meter heated swimming pool. The pool house opens onto the “Wellness Area” (located in the basement), with a hammam, massage room, and shower. A private clay tennis court completes the setting. Yoga mats are available, and yoga classes can be arranged in advance.

The games room, set in the garden, offers a unique space for relaxation, featuring a Chevillotte billiards table (convertible into American pool or three-cushion billiards) and a foosball table. Around this area, a wide range of outdoor activities is available: pétanque, table tennis, volleyball, and croquet.
