Once passing through the entrance hall, you will see a spacious living room with open fireplace, a dining room and a library/DVD library
There is also a summer dining room and a pergola.
Each suite is of harmonious proportions and boasts an original decoration.


Outdoors

You have at your disposal an outdoor covered lounge, a heated outdoor swimming pool, a table tennis, a terrace under the stars and a Belvedere with views of a stork's nest.
There is one hectare and a half with tree-filled grounds with palm grove, olive grove, orchard, rose garden, aromatic plant garden
At the heart of the garden is a spa area entirely dedicated to relaxation and equipped with a traditional hammam and a massage room as well as a manicure and pedicure salon (extra charge).

Villa SJ’s well-trained and gracious staff offers personalised service to guests. The following services are included in the rental price:

- Concierge 24 hours a day,
- Personalized reservations: restaurants, golf and spa.
- Internet access, wifi, Bose listening system,
- Laundry

Please note the following information regarding staff and service:

- The villa staff is in charge food shopping and will prepare and serve all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). Groceries and food shopping are charged at cost price.
- An mandatory additional charge of 150 euros per day will apply for the services of 1 butler + 1 extra maid.
- The swimming pool can be heated (with extra charge). In this case, 4 days of pre-heating are required.
- Corkage fees apply: 
For wines: 15 euros per bottle,
For champagne and spirits: 20 euros per bottle.
