The villa's interior design highlights a harmonious balance between modern chic and traditional elegance, with carefully selected furniture. The central pavilion serves as the heart of the villa, featuring a double-height living room with a fireplace that creates an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. Each individual pavilion comes equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for private relaxation moments.


Outdoors 

The villa's exterior is a true gem, with two well-equipped terraces and a tiled pool (12 x 5m, min depth: 1.2m, max depth: 1.6m) inviting relaxation under the sun. The garden offers a lovely view of the Atlas Mountains and is the ideal spot for outdoor evenings. The property is adorned with green spaces that add to the peaceful and secluded atmosphere of this residence.


Staff & Services

A caretaker is available on-site in an annex of the villa, included in the price, as well as daily housekeeping and breakfasts. The house staff lives on the premises.

For other meals, a catering option is offered:

• “Freedom” option: You pay for the groceries (plus a €10 travel fee). The house staff takes care of shopping and cooking with the purchased ingredients. Chef's fee for meal preparation and service: €30 from 8 am to 5 pm. Outside these hours, the cooking fee is €5 per hour.
