La Casa
Located in the heart of a verdant 1 hectare garden full of palm trees and olive trees which is itself in the heart of the Palmeraie, Villa Essaada El Majal welcomes up to 8 guests in a comfortable and luxurious environment.
It includes 4 high-standing rooms which all have an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and a view of the landscaped garden. Bedlinen and towels are included in the rental.
The living room is elegantly decorated with neutral colours and an oriental touch to make the villa authentic. The dining table can hold up to 10 people which is ideal for intimate meals with family or friends. The large door-windows all around the house bring light and a serene atmosphere.
The fully furnished terrace is the ideal spot to witness the moroccan sun descend into the Palmeraie or to enjoy a quiet moment, reading a novel on a sunbed for example.
Villa Essaada El Majal includes a heated swimming pool, a pool house, garden furniture, a communal private tennis court.
To ensure an unforgettable stay, the rental of the villa includes a butler, Youssef, a cook, daily housekeeping and daily food shop.

Le jardin, maintenu parfaitement et les terrasses.
L’architecture/ conception de la maison, Beldi. C’est un très bel objet.
Évidemment Le service impeccable et la gestion assurée par Yousef, qui a été formidable, tout autant que la cuisinière la femme de chambre.
Mathilde nous a également beaucoup assisté.

Une rénovation légère devrait être à prévoir, notamment au niveau des boiseries extérieures, des sanitaires et des climatisations. L’état général de la maison reste bon cependant.

Outstanding staff
Youssef le majordome est absolument incroyable : attentionné, prévenant , d’une grande gentillesse. Les cuisinières sont également très bien. Les repas sont tout simplement excellents . Nous étions tristes de quitter cette maison mais nous reviendrons.
Un grand merci à Riad de Villanoov pour sa disponibilité et sa réactivité. Super service.
Un gros bémol concernant la conciergerie, déception sur sa réactivité et elle nous a fait faux bond sur place sans même s’excuser.

Très belle impression, avec vraiment une impression de mieux par rapport aux photos/description du site donc très belle surprise.
Les +++ : Son jardin, la décoration typique et une maison très bien entretenue. Accès direct à la palmeraie avec très belle piscine .
Très bon service de villanovo on a apprécié la formule complète et la réponse à nos besoins et des interlocuteurs vraiment très joignables et réactifs ! Nous reviendrons sur votre site ;-)
Nous avions une formule avec une cuisinière , Assia qui était top ! Très bons repas et c'est une vraie tranquillité de ne pas avoir de cuisine à faire. Elle s'adapte à nos goûts, et cuisine très bien pour les petits et les grands !
Cependant gros bémol, pour la gestion des courses car nous devons à chaque fois voir avec Youssef le Majordome pour les courses et l'argent qui manque, il aurait était préférable d'avoir une formule complète avec une somme à donner en début de séjour pour les courses afin que l'on ai pas à s'en préoccupé durant tout le séjour. Cela évite les questions d'argent qui reviennent tous les 2 Jours et les idées de repas à donner ;-) Une formule pension complète serait idéale en fait.
La maison est très jolie. Le jardin et la piscine aussi. Youssef le manager est aux petits soins pour que nous passions le meilleur séjour possible. Il est adorable avec les enfants. La cuisinière est excellente, propose des plats ou fait ce dont nous avons envie. Tout à été parfait.

The concierge service worked well. Thanks to Mathilde. Some warning about the immigration delays at Marrakech airport would have been useful.

We loved staying here. The house is stunning, furnished with beautiful African art and artefacts. The photos really don't do it justice!
The pool is excellent and salt chlorinated so it doesn't hurt your eyes. Our kids loved it.
The food system is excellent being able to choose and pay for only the cost of food at the supermarket then having a cook prepare beautiful meals.
Youseff was amazing always attending to our needs. The maid service happens in a blink whilst you are eating with a nice turn down service in the evening with rose petals. Could not be faulted. Absolutely perfect.

The house has the best of everything. The privacy of private house as you don't even see staff when they are not needed. The low cost and control of self catering. The luxury of an exclusive hotel.

Nous garderons un merveilleux souvenir de notre séjour dans votre belle maison. Nous avons été très séduits par son charme et son "âme" et la météo a été magnifique. Je voudrais aussi vous écrire combien votre personnel a tenu à coeur de s'occuper de nous au mieux.
Youssef, en particulier, a été d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité rares.
