Room 3
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, connecting room. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace, safe, dressing room, private terrace.

Room 5
Room, 1st floor, connecting room. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 6 - 25 m² :
Room, direct access to the garden, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Note:
- Bedrooms 4 and 5 are connected. They are separated by a lounge and share a bathroom (you have to pass through the first bedroom to access the 2nd).
- Bedroom 6 is in an annex located in the garden, next to the swimming pool. The annex also includes a hammam and massage room.


Indoors 

The house was completely renovated in 2023.
You'll immediately be charmed by its generous, comfortable and tastefully decorated interiors.
You'll find pleasant living areas and 6 bedrooms.


Outdoors​ 

The property boasts vast, well-appointed exteriors, allowing you to fully appreciate the pleasures of being outdoor.
You will enjoy a large terrace on the ground level, a wooded garden (with a reading corner), a roof terrace (with a complete lounge area, various lounges and a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains), a beautiful swimming pool (14x5m) that can be heated and a pétanque strip.

Note: the pool can be heated, but the temperature does not exceed 25 degrees when the nights are below 10 degrees (the pool is large and deep).


Staff & Services

You will benefit from the services of the villa's team, composed by a cook, a butler (service and caretaking) and a gardener.
The price includes the services of the house staff, daily cleaning, final cleaning, breakfast, garden and pool maintenance.
Villa Saada Atlas also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, half or full board option, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking, baby-sitting, airport transfer...
Please note that butler services after 10pm are subject to a surcharge.
For groups of 10 people or more, a supplement of 30 euro/day must be paid to the assistant cook in cash on the day of arrival.

The house is 15 minutes from 3 golf courses (Amelkis, Golf Royal and Almaaden) and 3 prestigious hotel restaurants (Oberoi, Mandarin Oriental and Namaskar).
