Note: Room 6 is located in an annex in the garden, next to the swimming pool. The annex also includes a hammam and massage room.

The house was completely renovated in 2023.

The property boasts vast, well-appointed exteriors, allowing you to fully appreciate the pleasures of being outdoor.
You will enjoy a large terrace on the ground level, a wooded garden (with a reading corner), a roof terrace (with a complete lounge area, various lounges and a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains), a beautiful swimming pool (14x5m) that can be heated, a comfortable caidal tent and a pétanque strip.
Staff & Services
You will benefit from the services of the villa's team, composed by a cook, a butler (service and caretaking) and a gardener.
The price includes the services of the house staff, daily cleaning, final cleaning, breakfast, garden and pool maintenance.
Villa Saada Atlas also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, half or full board option, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking, baby-sitting, airport transfer...

Wir arbeiten seit 2016 mit Villanovo zusammen und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Diese Villa hat uns Riad Toghzaoui vorgeschlagen und er traf damit wieder wie bisher ins Schwarze. Da unsere langjährige Vertraute Bettina leider verstorben ist, hat sich Mathilda uns angenommen und alles wieder so organisiert, dass nichts schief lief und alles auf Zeit klappte. Mathilda hat uns auch vorgeschlagen, einen fixen Fahrer zu buchen, anstatt wie bisher selber zu fahren, was ein hervorragender Tipp war, wenn man die Verkehrssituation in Marrakesch berücksichtigt. Wir wurden durch Rashid mehr als verwöhnt und haben dank ihm deutlich mehr unternommen als in den bisherigen Ferien (abends, Essaouira, Golf, Shopping etc.). Auch in Zukunft würden wir wieder auf die Miete eigener Fahrzeuge verzichten und dafür wieder auf die Dienste von Rashid zählen. Für uns und auch wenn die Familie dabei ist, würden wir Ferien nur mit Villanovo buchen, die kompetenteste Firma für Luxusobjekte.
