Ezzahra House is an exceptional private residence located in the heart of the Palmeraie, just 15 minutes from Marrakech’s Medina and 12 km from the airport. Set within a vast landscaped estate, this refined property offers a peaceful and exclusive setting, ideal for family stays, gatherings with friends or special occasions.
Designed as a private home, the house combines Moroccan authenticity with understated luxury, enhanced by attentive and discreet service. The property can accommodate up to 16 guests and benefits from a dedicated team of 17 staff members.
Bedrooms
The house features seven elegant en-suite double bedrooms, each with a dressing room and private terrace, some with fireplaces.
The Owner’s Pavilion, with its sitting room, terrace and plunge pool, accommodates two additional guests and is available exclusively with the rental of the house or the full estate.
A separate apartment, located around 50 metres from the main house, can host two more guests, ideal for teenagers or accompanying staff.
Indoors
The interiors are inspired by traditional Moroccan riads, with refined materials, artisanal details and a warm, lived-in atmosphere. Carefully curated artworks and decorative pieces reflect the spirit of a true private residence.
The main living and dining areas open onto the gardens and terraces, offering a seamless indoor-outdoor lifestyle. Fireplaces bring comfort during cooler evenings, while the villa is fully air-conditioned and heated for year-round stays.
The property offers high-end amenities, including a fully equipped Technogym gym, a private spa with hammam and treatment rooms, two media rooms and a games room with a full-size pool table.
Two in-house therapists provide a wide range of treatments, including massages, facials and beauty services, all included during the stay.
Outdoors
The estate offers beautifully maintained gardens and inviting outdoor living spaces.
The 16-metre swimming pool is surrounded by sunbeds, lawns and a traditional tent, perfect for relaxing in the shade or enjoying private meals.
Guests can also enjoy several terraces, rooftop areas for sunset drinks, a paddle tennis court, and a dedicated running and walking track.
