Indoors

Superbly decorated, the villa is organized around a central patio open to the pool and the garden.
It has central heating which is very nice in winter and air conditioning for the hot period.

Ground floor
The villa entrance leads directly to the the living room which is composed of a large formal living room with fireplace, and a smaller sitting area with TV. There is an adjacent dining room and a fully equipped kitchen used by the house chef to prepare a wonderful Moroccan cuisine.

Upstairs
The upper floor is entirely dedicated to the bedrooms, and has a large terrace that revolves around the patio and offers a superb view of the Atlas.

The villa is equipped with fiber optic internet (wifi).


Outdoors

A covered terrace is built around the patio and is ideal for outdoor dining.
The large beautifully maintained garden offers lounge areas and lush vegetation with bougainvilleas, palm trees, orange trees... It surrounds the private pool (heated) and sun loungers, a small paradise where you can relax and enjoy the sun.
The villa also offers a private clay tennis court, with lighting to allow you to play at night.
For golf lovers, a pitch and put is also on the property.


Staff and services

The discreet and attentive household staff includes a butler, a chef, a housekeeper and her assistant (who take care of the housework), and a gardener. They have independent accommodation on the property and will be at your service 24 hours a day.
For meals, you will only pay the cost of shopping and delivery.

Meals can be taken in the dining room, on the sun terrace by the pool or on the covered terrace.
A private hammam and a massage room are at your disposal in the villa. We can organize scrub / massage sessions on request.
