Indoors

The entrance to Dar Cepheus is a beautiful pathway lined with majestic cacti and overlooking the spa of the house below.
The right wing of the house includes the kitchen, technical rooms and staff accommodation.
The left wing of the house has 4 bedrooms on the ground floor
The central living room is completely open to the terrace and the surroudning bassins with a spectacular view of the magnificent garden and the Atlas in the distance.
The dining room accommodates 8 people.

The lower floor of Dar Cepheus is a place of relaxation. The private spa includes a heated pool, massage rooms, steam room and sauna.

The floors are heated / cooled according to the season and all the rooms of the house benefit from reversible hot / cold air conditioning.
The 3 levels of the house are served by an elevator.


Outdoors

An outdoor dining room adjacent to the indoor dining room allows you to have lunch or dinner 'al fresco' on a beautiful raw marble table facing the garden under the shade of the pergola.
The Mediterranean garden is covered with tall palm trees and flowerbeds of rosemary and pennisetum.
The long swimming pool is lined with deckchairs and parasols.
Facing the swimming pool, a covered terrace of African inspiration is the ideal place to meet around an aperitif or a family meal prepared on the large integrated grill.

The house has a discreet staff offering a daily cleaning service and preparing Moroccan and European inspired cuisine.


Location

The villa is located 10 minutes from the Jamaa el Fna square and the Royal golf course of Marrakech, at the very beginning of the Circuit de la Palmeraie road.
The airport is less than 20 minutes away.
