The Riad Stanley is a new house located in the heart of the Medina in the Mouassine district. The riad is next to the Dar El Bacha palace, an old residence of the Pasha of Marrakesh now owned by the King of Morocco. This position is an extraordinary asset because of the immediate proximity of the garden of the palace which offers peace and greenery, rare thing in the medina of Marrakech.

Indoors 

The property is divided into two adjoining connected riads:

The riad Oasis3 which has 400 m2, offers 5 bedrooms with bathrooms, and a patio with swimming pool (9m x 2.5m - 1.4m deep).
On the ground floor, revolves around the U-shaped patio and pool, and includes 2 living rooms (one has a bar), a large kitchen, a laundry, a traditional alcove ideal for tea or lunch and a bedroom.

The riad Volubilis has an area of ​​200 m2, and offers 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, and a terrace with Jacuzzi tiled green zelliges.
On the ground floor, you will find the patio with fountain and traditional alcove, ideal for tea or lunch, and the living room with its comfortable seats and fireplace.
On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms.

You will be seduced by the modernist-Arab architecture of the property and its many works of art from Africa and the Middle East.
Bright and superbly decorated, these two riads are perfect for a relaxing and exotic stay.


Outdoors

The terrace includes 2 covered verandahs, one for meals with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people, and the other with a sofa and tea tables. There are also several lounge areas with sofas and outdoor furniture and a small kitchen.
The terrace has a covered verandah with a table for up to 8 people, and a sofa.
The Jacuzzi is surrounded by brick banquettes, and an elevated terrace offers lovely views of Koutoubia and the gardens of Dar El Pacha.


Staff & Services

To make your stay even more enjoyable, a qualified team of 3 people is at your service.
Amine is the villa manager - butler, Bouchra is the cook, and Amina is the housekeeper.

Rates include American breakfast served on the terrace, with eggs, toasts, pancakes, macaroons ...

Guests are not allowed to use the kitchen, but in addition to breakfast, the cook Bouchra can prepare delicious lunches and dinners of typical Moroccan cuisine (2 starters, main course, dessert) for example:
- 2 appetizers to choose from an assortment of Moroccan salads: mille-feuille carrots-zucchini / pickled eggplant salad / carrots with cinnamon / grilled peppers olive oil-tomatoes / eggs mimosas / rice salad with peppers ...
- a tajine of your choice: tajine chicken with candied lemons and olives / tajine beef with artichokes and peas, / tajine of lamb with prunes and almonds / tajine of monkfish with Moroccan spices ...
- a dessert of your choice: caramelised pears with honey / custard duo caramel-Moroccan cake / orange salad with orange blossom and cinnamon ...
Meals must be organized in the morning after breakfast and are extra (from € 20 per person).


Location

Ideally located in the heart of the Medina in the district of Mouassine, the property is only 5 minutes walk from Jemaa El Fnaa.


Notes

Oasis3 and Volubis riads can be rented individually.
The neighborhood (Derb Snane) has the services of a night watchman (19h - 08h), it can accompany the guests to the door of the riad at night.
The additional costs of the stay (if applicable) are to be paid to the manager, Amine, at the end of the stay (tourist tax, transfers, meals ...).
