Indoors and outdoors

The house has very spacious living areas with a contemporary style and tasteful furnishings. There is a beautiful living room with a fireplace and a dining room overlooking the garden. The large windows allow you to admire the swimming pool, the garden with its trees and flowers, the golf course and the Atlas Mountains.

The terraces are furnished with sofas and outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy a relaxing moment or a meal with family or friends.

There is also a massage/sports room with a waterpower rowing machine, balance cushions, wrist and ankle weights and other equipment.


Note: a fully equipped kitchen is only available for the use of the house staff and cook.


Staff & Services

The rental of the house includes the services of the staff (1 caretaker/gardener, 1 housekeeper, 1 cook). They take care of the maintenance of the garden and the swimming pool as well as the house. The preparation of breakfast, dinner and lunch is also included in the rental price (the cost of the ingredients is to be paid by the client).

- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Gediegen eingerichtetes Haus mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten direkt am Golfplatz.
Verwöhnt wurden wir von Ilham, sie las uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab, Fathia bescherte uns kulinarische Köstlichkeiten und Hassan kümmerte sich um Garten und Pool, jeden Tag frische Tücher auf den Liegen, kein Blättchen am Boden, jeden Tag lieferte er frische Kräuter und Zitronen aus seinem Garten in die Küche, herrlich! Wir verbrachten zehn schöne, unbeschwerte Tage an diesem einmaligen Ort und hoffen sehr, dass wir wieder einmal zurück kommen können.

Maison extrêmement agréable. La décoration est très chaleureuse. On se sent aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. L’emplacement sur le golf d’Amelkis est idéal.
Mention spéciale pour le personnel de la maison. Les 4 personnes sont aux petits soins du matin au soir. Nous étions vraiment tous ravis de cette semaine passée à Marrakech.

Rien à dire concernant Villanovo: Nous avons toujour obtenu des réponses rapides et pertinentes ainsi qu’une très bonne gestion des petits désagréments.

Quelle villa incroyable! La décoration est à couper le souffle et le jardin est soigné au bouton. C'est très agréable d'avoir une vue et de ne pas être "emmuré" comme beaucoup de villas à Marrakech. Elle est très bien située par rapport à la médina et est au calme. Un vrai coin de paradis. Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous . On ne s'attendait pas à ce degré de prestations: c'est du vrai luxe!
Je suis ravis d'avoir découvert Villanovo. Le seul petit point négatif: J'ai été en contact avec trop de personnes différentes (par mail, par whatsapp,...) et je ne savais pas toujours qui était qui et qui s'occupait de quoi. Mais j'ai toujours eu réponse à mes questions et j'ai été très bien guidée.
Même en cherchant , je ne trouve rien!

Maison que nous avons trouvée très agréable et très confortable, avec des finitions très haut de gamme. Le service était parfait, très gentil, très efficace. La maison était même au dela de nos attentes. Nous sommes très, très contents.
Excellent service de bout en bout, depuis la reservation, en passant par l'accompagnement d'Inés sur les activités qui étaient très bien organisées, et les services de Luiza sur place qui était disponible et efficace. Très contents de cette première experience avec Villanovo.
Pas grand chose à dire de négatif.
