Villa M

Villa M is a beautiful property of 450m² in a garden of one hectare. The villa enjoys an exceptional location about 5 minutes by car from the centre of Marrakech and the international airport, 600 metres from the magnificent Atlas Golf and 500 metres from the Oasiria Water Park and opposite the Royal Equestrian Club.

The villa can accommodate up to 12 people in 6 fully equipped bedrooms.

The villa features a broad and pleasant living room and dining room overlooking a covered terrace with direct acces to the garden and pool. The square table in the dining room can accommodate 12 people for a delicious Moroccan meal that will be prepared at your request by our cook.

The living area with its large fireplace is composed of comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, large flat screen TV, DVD player, good quality sound system, library.
The living room opens onto a large furnished terrace which overlooks a large pool of 15m x 5m.

The kitchen close to the dining room is modern and fully equipped. The kitchen is dedicated to the housekeeper who will prepare, every morning, delicious and hearty breakfasts and all your other meals. The cuisine is tasty and based on fresh products sourced in local markets and supermarkets. She also takes care of the housekeeping and the maintenance of the villa during your stay.

- 2 large bedrooms on the ground floor, king size bed, each one has its own bathroom with washbasin, shower, bath with jet, individual toilet.
- 1 bedroom with queen size bed located on the ground floor near the entrance door (access from outside). Ensuite bathroom with shower.

- 2 bedrooms upstairs with private sun terrace, one has a king size bed, the other 2 have twin beds which can be converted into a double bed (1m80), bathroom with shower and jetted tub.

- The 6th bedroom in the pavilion of the villa is composed of a large bedroom with comfortable king size bed, a chimney and coffee table. An extra bed can be set up in the pavilion for 1 extra guest.
The bedroom overlooks a large terrace facing the garden and the swimming pool. The terrace is equipped with deckchairs and coffee table.
The bathroom is large with washbasin and tub, separate shower, and separate WC.

Catering plans are as follow:
Villa Plan:
- Lunch or dinner (starter, main dish and dessert) at 20 € / person / meal
- OR Half board 19 € / day / person
- OR Full board 36 € / day / person - 50% discount for children under 10 years old.

Liberté Plan: 
- Valid only for a stay of five nights or more. The cook will prepare 1 meal for a fixed fee of 60 € / day. If 2 meals, fixed fee of 100 € / day.
Cost of food is not included. Food shopping and delivery is included. 

To note:
The swimming pool can be heated on request at an extra cost of 50 euros / day min 4 days.
The villa is heated by central heating in all the rooms and each room as well as the Pavilion includes reversible air conditioning.
