Domaine Royal Palm was recently developed by Beachcomber. It is a luxurious private enclave in Marrakech on an absolutely beautiful golf course facing the majestic Atlas Mountains. Villa Deliceya is one of the largest private houses offering 7 bedrooms on almost 1 hectare of gardens and the only property with a private tennis court.
It is a perfect spot for a family stay with children thanks to the numerous areas designed for them: TV room, play room, outdoor game area and trampoline, filtered shallow pool by the villa (protective barriers can be installed on request).

Bedrooms 5 has 3 bunk beds (Sleeps 6 people).

Indoors

The main house was decorated in a minimalist way with Moroccan touches and bright colours.
After entering the house you will be in the living room with fireplace and air conditioned, next to the dining room and the fully euipped kitchen with cold storage room.
There is as well a TV lounge which is also a children play room, also air conditioned.
The pavilion is composed of a living room overlooking the swimming pool, 2 bedrooms, one hammam, a massage room and a shower room.


Outdoors

The equipment of the villa includes a large 20-metre pool (with pool cover) which is heated in the winter season, a second shallow pool by the house, a hammam and a massage room, a private tennis clay court, a covered terrace at the edge of the pool for lunch or al fresco dinner, a large outdoor terrace in front of the living room, a covered lounge area near the second pool.


Staff & Services

The house staff are attentive and discreet. They will take care of daily housekeeping. The chef will prepare an excellent Moroccan cuisine. The house majordomo takes care of grocery shopping with the house staff vehicle.
Breakfast is served every morning from 07H30 to 09H30
Staff is taking a break daily from 15H00 to 17H00
Staff service ends each night at 22H30


Location

Domaine Royal Palm is 15 minutes from Marrakech by car. By renting the villa you may access the Domaine facilities such as the golf course, the Clarins spa, the fitness room, the tennis courts and the restaurants. Each facility must be booked (extra cost) with the hotel concierge.
