Room, 1st floor. The bedroom has 3 Beds including 1 single bed, 2 bunk bed. Bathroom shared, with shower. WC are shared.


Indoors 

The interiors of the villa harmoniously blend contemporary decor with traditional touches, featuring marble bathrooms and a central heating system that ensures optimal comfort year-round. The living spaces are bright and open, perfect for sharing convivial moments with friends or family.


Outdoors 

Outside, you will find a vast one-hectare garden, home to over 200 trees, providing a peaceful and verdant setting. The pool (17 x 5m, Minimum Depth: 0.4m and Maximum Depth: 1.5m) and the pool house invite you to relax and enjoy leisure activities, complemented by a pétanque terrain for added pleasure.


Staff & Services

A dedicated and attentive service is provided by a caretaker, a cook, two housemaids, and a gardener, ensuring all your needs are fully met. Daily housekeeping and breakfast are included in the rental price. For other meals, you have two dining options:

• "À la Carte" Option: No need to worry about grocery shopping linked to meal preparation, everything is taken care of by the house:
  • Lunch: €20 (starter, main course, dessert, excluding drinks)
  • Dinner: €20 (starter, main course, dessert, excluding drinks)
  • Children under 10 years: 50% discount.
  • Free for children under 3 years
• "Freedom" Option: You can do your own shopping, or grocery deliveries can be arranged (paid groceries). => €50/day for the cook's service (payable on site). She will manage the kitchen and meals with ingredients provided by you or delivered on-site.
