Magnificent oriental style villa in the Palmeraie of Marrakech with 5 ensuite bedrooms. Not one missing feature: heated swimming pool, private tennis court, hammam, pitch and putt, fully staffed.

La Casa

Dar Marja is an extremely luxurious villa located in the Palmeraie of Marrakech. The perks of this villa are its beyond luxurious facilities which guarantee a wonderful stay with friends or family. For the guest's ultimate comfort, Dar Marja includes a private swimming pool, tennis courts which have lights to play at night once the air is not as hot, a hammam and massage room where treatments can be organised on request, a pitch and putt for golf amateurs, a splendid landscaped garden and a team of discreet and gentle staff.

The interiors of Dar Marja are as extravagant as its facilities. The villa is organised around a central patio which is very traditional in Moroccan culture, the latter is open to the pool and garden. The living areas, which include two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room are all decorated in maroon tones to add an oriental touch.

Dar Marja includes 5 high-standing bedrooms which all have double beds, an ensuite bathroom with 2 of them including a bathtub, a dressing room, a tv, a fireplace and air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor of the villa where there is a superb terrasse with magnificent views of the Atlas mountains.

The staff includes a butler, gardener, housekeeper and chef who have independent housing on the property and are at your disposal throughout the entire stay.

Das Personal war aussergewöhnlich, so eine Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz wirklich nicht zu toppen. Alles war immer picobello sauber! Das Essen hervorragend! Die Crew immer um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.

Die Villa selbst wirkt ein wenig abgewohnt und bedarf einiger kleiner Schönheitsreparaturen ( Streichen der Pergola im 1.Stock, neue Teppiche in Schlafzimmern und Bädern und Ähnliches), was den Gesamteindruck aber nicht wesentlich geschmälert hat.

Bettina Seymour von Villanovo war stets sehr professionell und sehr engagiert und hilfsbereit. TOP. Bravo Bettina. Die Beratung war ausgezeichnet.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. La maison est magnifique, le personnel très accueillant et à vos petits soins. la cuisinière est très douée il n'y a vraiment que du positif je conseille fortement cette villa.

Excellent service de Villanovo.
J'ai eu beaucoup à faire à Mathilde qui s'occupe de la conciergerie, tout était parfait, mails très pro et excellente réactivité
Tout était clair et bien expliqué.

La maison est magnifique, mais pas autant que son jardin luxuriant. La piscine et le terrain de tennis sont très bien entretenus. On apprécie le chant des oiseaux dès le levé du jour.

Excellente disponibilité de Villanovo une fois sur place, pour tous renseignements complémentaires.
Belle découverte.

À proximité d’une très grande villa, il y a quelques nuisances sonores, qui s’ajoutent aux aboiements incessants chaque nuit...

We stayed for 11 nights from 24th July
6 adults 2 children and what can I say what an amazing place everything was spot on accommodation location and most of all staff the service was excellent and the food was amazing nothing was to much trouble, staff was very discreet but readily available for all our needs even the gardener was very friendly and all so good with the children.
Made our stay the best, Thanks to you all.

Villanovo was very helpful.

Unser Aufenthalt im Marz in Villa Dar Marja hat vollkommen unseren Erwartungen ensprochen. Das Grundstuck ist Bemerkenswert, im Perfektem Zustand, sowie das ganze Haus. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, nur ein wenig kommunikations Probleme in english da wir nicht Franzosisch sprechen. Essen war herrvoragend und wir waren zusammen mit dem Manager Einkaufen oder er ist immer wieder kurz verschwunden um das zu besorgen was wir wunschten und hat zusammen mit meiner Frau eine kleine Uberaschungs Party rausgezaubert. Ich bin mir sicher das wir demnachst schon wieder Villa dar Marja besuchen werden, da das Wetter , leider, nicht so mit uns gehalten hat.

Villanovo ist eine Top Agentur, ubersichtlich, komplette Angaben Beschreibung, gute Photos so das man alles genau sehen kann, und auch gute Preise.

Das einzige was mir nicht so gefallen hat war die Heizung des Pools, da er die so warm wurde das wir Baden konnten, hangt wohl an dem Heizung system des pools.

The food was really excellent. Staff were very pleasant, eager to please and discretely available whenever needed. The house manager / butler was excellent too.

Villanovo was professional, accurate and responsive as always. Added bonus of having same Concierge (Mathilde) as past visit to Marrakech.

La piscine, le tennis et l'approche golf.
La cuisinière. Le personnel est très gentil, aussi avec les enfants.
Le palais Namaskar juste à côté si on a envie d'aller au restaurant sans aller jusqu'au centre de Marrakech.

Les lits ne sont pas très confortables.

Diese Villa war wie eine Oase, eine Erholung nach einem wunderschönen aber anstrengenden Ausflug - wunderbar!

Das Personal war am Anfang sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, dies hat leider in der zweiten Wochenhälfte etwas abgenommen.

Belle grande maison avec tennis

la piscine qui devait etre chauffee ne l etait pas. Nous etions extremement decus.
le site disait que la maison etait ds la palmeraie mais la maison etait en dehors de la palmeraie
pas de lecteur DVD: tres surprenant!

COMMENTAIRE DU PROPRIETAIRE :
Nous avons doublé la pompe à chaleur après votre séjour. La piscine pourra donc être désormais correctement chauffée.
La maison est bien dans la Palmeraie dans le coin de Bab Atlas.
Vous avez raison. Nous allons ajouter un lecteur de DVD dans la maison.
