With 750 m² of living space, this property offers a remarkable amount of living space, 6 spacious and very comfortable suites with bathrooms, dressing rooms and private terraces. The exterior features 5,000 m² of magnificent parkland. The aesthetic appeal of the pool area, with its pool house and ecological salt treatment, ensures a harmonious, zen-like environment. There's also a relaxation area (hammam, massage room), a home cinema room, various sports areas, a padel court, a petanque area and a table tennis table.
Villa Clo has friendly staff trained in hotel services (cooks, housekeepers, gardeners, etc.). A memorable experience for a pleasant stay with friends and family. The house sleeps 12 to 14 people, with the possibility of extra beds, baby cots, high chairs, etc.

Room 4 - Marrocaine :

Room 5 - Hammam :

Note: The sofa in the cinema lounge can accommodate 3 or 4 children. Egyptian cotton bedding. Steam ironer in all bedrooms. Air conditioning is built into the false ceilings of the rooms. 
Integrated air conditioning in the 4 suites, one bedroom and cinema room with wall-mounted remote control. One bedroom with non-integrated air conditioning and wall-mounted remote control.


Indoors 

From the moment you enter, the elegance of this villa is revealed through its spacious living spaces and refined contemporary yet traditional style. The living room is the ideal focal point for sharing convivial moments in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The villa also offers 6 beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned, ensuring optimum comfort even in the hottest months. The decor is contemporary and tasteful, adding a touch of sophistication to every space.

There is also a cinema lounge for cosy evenings in front of a film and a hammam for a moment of relaxation. 

Sound system in the living room. In addition, PHILIPS HUE remote controls were installed in each suite, bedroom and living room to control lighting, lighting moods and programming.


Outdoors 

The outside of the house is perfect for a pleasant stay. You can cool off in the beautiful swimming pool (12x7m), sunbathe on the deckchairs, enjoy a meal in the outdoor dining room, take advantage of the shaded terraces or play pétanque, table tennis or paddle tennis. The villa is equipped with a floodlit, glazed padel court from manza sport.

The villa is surrounded by a half-hectare landscaped garden planted with orange and lemon trees.

Terrace and garden equipped with a Blue SOUND wifi system allowing you to connect via your mobile phone to the Blue Sound application (BluOS Controller) and get your music streaming services, your music library or SPOTIFY Internet radio stations and podcasts and other connected music operators. 


Staff & Services

The villa rental includes breakfast, pool and garden maintenance and daily cleaning. Towels and sponges are provided.
Other services are also available on request and at an additional cost.

For the meals, the villa can also offer you an "all-inclusive" package:
You don't have to worry about shopping, the house takes care of it.
Menus must be confirmed 24 hours in advance in order to organise the shopping. 
- Starter + main course + dessert + water = €25 per person.
- Main course + dessert = €20 per person.
- Main course only = €15 per person except meat and fish couscous 20€.
- Royal couscous menu 30 euros/person 
- Fish menu 35 euros/person
For meat couscous a minimum of 4 people and for fish couscous a minimum of 2 people.

Note: all meals must be paid for in cash only on departure.


Location

Villa Clo is located on the road to FEZ, at the heart of the Salmanazar estate, a secure estate adjoined by an olive grove. An enclosed setting with 8 villas each on a plot of around 5,000-10,000 m². With a view of the Atlas Mountains and south-facing sunshine all day long.
