Indoors

The rooms are distributed on a Moroccan patio of a soothing white. All equipped with safe, air conditioning, free wifi, toiletries, baby's cot and hairdryer on request. Our 9 rooms can either be booked as a double or as a twin.

- Bedroom 1: SUITE - Double or twin bedroom. This room has a lounge area overlooking the patio where you can have a tea in privacy and a bathroom with a tadelackt shower. Possibility of adding an extra bed (for € 30 / night) or a baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 18m2

- Bedroom 2: COMFORT - Double or twin bedroom. This very cocooning room has a view of the patio and a bathroom with a tadelackt shower. Possibility of adding an extra bed (for € 30 / night) or a baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 12m2

- Bedroom 3: COMFORT - Double or twin bedroom. The originality of this room lies in its long bathroom. Very cozy, it overlooks the patio. Room size: 12m2

- Bedroom 4: SUITE - Double bed only. This celestial blue room has a seating area where you can enjoy the view of the patio while sipping tea. It also has a bathroom with a tadelackt shower. Possibility of adding an extra bed (for € 30 / night) and a baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 18m2

- Bedroom 5: ECONOMICAL - Double bed only. This brightly colored room is located on the ground floor of the Riad with direct access to the patio. It has a bathroom with a tadelackt shower. Possibility of adding an extra bed (for € 30 / night) or a baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 15m2

- Room 6: ECONOMICAL - Double or twin room. This star room is located on the ground floor of the riad. It has a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet in carocim. Room size: 20m2

- Bedroom 7: FAMILY SUITE - Triple room with double bed and single bed. This royal blue room is the most spacious in the Riad. It is located on the first floor and has a window to the outside. It has a spacious bathroom with separate tadelackt toilets. Possibility of adding an extra bed (for € 30 / night) or a baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 40m2

- Room 8: DELUXE - Double or twin room. This ethnic-style room is located on the Riad's terrace and has a window that overlooks the outside. It has a bathroom with tadelackt shower with separate baby's cot (for € 10 / night). Room size: 27m2

- Room 9: DELUXE - Double or twin room. This room is located on the Riad's terrace with a view of the sunset. It has a spacious bathroom with tadelackt and green zellige shower with separate toilet. Possibility of adding a baby's cot (for 10 € / night). Room size: 16m2

Le personnel est parfait et au petit soin, le Riad est magnifique il n’y a aucun point négatif.

La cuisine est très bonne et déjeuner ou dîner sur place est très agréable, on se croirait chez soi.

Le Riad est décoré avec goût. Les chambres sont toutes ravissantes, possèdent toutes une climatisation et les lits sont grands et confortables. La piscine sur le toit a été très appréciée avec les chaleurs que nous avons eu durant notre week-end.
Said, Mina et Oussama ont été super tout le long de notre séjour.

The service from the Riad staff was very good.
We had breakfast each morning, lunch on day of arrival and dinner on on last evening. All was of excellent quality and exceptionally well cooked. Would recommend.
The very slow response from Villanovo after booking and the lack of information in advance.

Das Riad ist etwas außerhalb der "Medina" - ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Platz Djemaa el Fna, etwas verwinkelt gelegen, aber durch die Abholung des Personals bei der Ankunft war es nicht schwierig insgesamt gesehen. Es ist rund um die Uhr jemand vom Personal anwesend, die Frühstücksköchin/Haushälterin so bis ca. 17:00 - so genau haben wir nicht darauf geachtet. Wir haben nur Frühstück gegessen. Die Betten/das Zimmer und die Terrasse wurden jeden Tag gemacht und wir haben uns recht wohl gefühlt. Auf der Dachterrasse hört man den Verkehr der ringsum ist, aber sobald man im Innenhof ist, ist es extrem leise. Fotos auf der Villanovo-Seite sind natürlich für den Kunden entsprechend gemacht - aber in Großen und Ganzem stimmen sie mit der Realtität überein.
Das Personal hat um Mitternacht in einer Lautstärke, die sicher nicht absichtlich war, die Küche ausgeräumt, Orangensaft gepresst - das war 2 x - aber wir hätten es gleich sagen sollen, dass es zu laut war. Simo, der Concierge, hat uns vor Ort am Ankunftstag besucht und auch über einiges informiert. Wir haben dann 1 x eine "Shopping-Tour" über ihn gebucht - war ein wirklicher Reinfall (Taxi z.B. für 300 Meter 10 Euro). Ich kann Simo vielleicht keine Schuld geben, aber wir waren mehr als verärgert über den arroganten, fast überheblichen Tour-Guide (er ist für einen anderen eingesprungen und ich war froh, wie wir ihn dann einfach das Geld gegeben haben, damit er die Tour beendet). Wir haben aber auch am 1. Tag gebeten uns bei einer Wüstentour zu helfen (eben etwas weniger touristisches) - bekommen haben wir den Katalog von "Villanovo" - aber erst am Tag vor dem geplanten Ausflug - nur da war dann alles voll. Ein anderes empfohlenes Unternehmen für Ausflüge konnte nur 1 Tour anbieten, die wir überhaupt nicht wollten - also haben wir es selbst organisiert, günstiger und privat 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt vom Riad. Gerade die "Extra-Erlebnisse" machen einen Urlaub erst zu einem Highlight und so billig ist das Riad ja nicht gewesen.

Staff were impeccable - So kind, patient, discreet and willing. A real treat, we felt like family members. Kudos to Said and his team.
Food was plentiful, interesting and delicious with plenty of little pastries throughout the day. Lovely friendly chefs.

Location was within the Medina, very historic.

Villas of Villanovo are fantastic, fairly priced, service team in head office were friendly and helpful.
Would probably avoid a City tour, as they take you to expensive shops. Would prefer to see the local gems in the city. The guide himself was nice and pleasant though.
Recommendations for restaurants are very local, which is great to a certain extent; but it would be nice to see some of the chic restaurants too with varied cuisines as we ate tagines nearly every meal. A balance of the two would be welcomed.

Nous avons passé plusieurs séjours au Riad. C'est un endroit magique, lumineux, les chambres sont spacieuses, la décoration est raffinée et la piscine sur la terrasse est très agréable. Le personnel du riad est aux petits soins. Une jolie parenthèse pour s'évader. Endroit idéal pour visiter la Médina et faire de belles balades.

Séjour de 4 nuits dans ce riad. Nous avions une chambre double, très propre et spacieuse. Exactement ce que nous cherchions. A environ 10 minutes de marche de la place principale. Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique, toujours prêt à vous aider. Il y a une très belle terrasse sur le toit avec une petite piscine pour se détendre. J'y retournerais sans hésiter et je recommande de rester ici.

Nous avons séjourner 4 nuits. Magnifique petit riad! Très charmant, authentique. Les hôtes ainsi que Jaouad, vous feront vous sentir comme à la maison ! Nous avons été chouchouter comme si nous étions clients unique.
Nous recommandons évidemment les yeux fermés et envisageons déjà notre prochain périple dans ce merveilleux petit Riad.
