Note : 5 bedrooms are located on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. In some bedrooms, two twin beds can be prepared. Some bedrooms, in addition to a garden view, have a view of the Atlas Mountains.
Indoors & outdoors
The decoration items are sourced from all over the world and give the house a warm and unique atmosphere. Each object has been chosen with heart and taste, each piece of furniture has an intimate history with the owners, each perspective has been thought with care.
The villa extends over 600m² mainly on one level, with a reception area which is well separated from the sleeping zone consisting of 6 bedrooms. The reception area consists of a large living room with a patio and a view of the pool and the Atlas mountains, and a large dining room, both with two large fireplaces.
A covered terrace extends this space with an outdoor living and dining room, sheltered from the sun and the heat.
On the other side of the patio is the TV lounge, which is arranged in two large tiers, where it is pleasant to lie down among the cushions.
A large kitchen completes the picture for those who are keen to get their hands dirty, otherwise don't worry, the staff is there to make your stay pleasant, relaxing and why not, unique!
Staff & Services
The villa rental includes the services of the house staff and a chef/cook who prepares breakfast. Other additional services can be booked for an extra charge, such as lunch and dinner preparation, airport transfers, driver services etc.
Note : A charge of €400 for heating the swimming pool applies only to stays of less than 4 days.

The villa is located 20 minutes from Jemaa el Fna Square and 40 minutes from the airport.
