As you enter the house, you will be greeted by a large, tastefully decorated living room, which combines contemporary and traditional elements. The adjoining dining room is perfect for large meals with family or friends.
For moments of well-being, a spa complete with hammam, massage room and scrub room is at your disposal, not forgetting the gym.
Outdoors
The exterior of the villa is a natural paradise. There are several patios and terraces in the grounds where you can relax and enjoy the sunny Marrakech climate. The swimming pool (20x6m - depth: 1.4m), which can be heated at an additional cost, is perfect for refreshing dips, and the 200 m² pool house offers all the comforts you need.
For sports enthusiasts, a high-quality padel court and various facilities for football, table tennis or pétanque are available.
Horse lovers will be delighted to discover the stud farm and adjacent arena, with equestrian activities available on request.
Staff & Services
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, a professional team is at your service. You will benefit from the services of a butler and a housekeeper to ensure a carefree experience. For your security and to keep the garden in pristine condition, the property also has the services of a caretaker and gardener.

For your other meals, the villa offers an ‘à la carte’ formula:
You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of it:

The villa also offers a ‘Freedom’ package:
You pay the price of the groceries and €30 for transport to the villa.
One of our team will do your shopping and the cook will then prepare your meals free of charge.
Location
The villa benefits from an exceptional location, situated at Km7 of the Route d'Amizmiz. It is just a few metres from the famous Beldi Country Club and the prestigious Hotel Selman, two of Marrakech's most famous landmarks. You will also be a 9-minute drive from La Mamounia and Jemaa el-Fna Square, the beating heart of the Medina, where you can discover the lively souks and cultural treasures of Marrakech.
