As soon as you enter, you'll be greeted by generous, carefully decorated living spaces. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned.
The communal areas are a real haven of conviviality. The lounge, with its library and fireplace, invites you to relax with family or friends. It opens onto a sublime patio with sitting area and fireplace. The dining room, also equipped with a fireplace, is the ideal place to share your meals. There is also a large separate TV lounge.
The house also has a well-equipped kitchen, a real living space in its own right.
Outdoors
The villa opens onto a large private park and landscaped garden, perfect for leisurely strolls or relaxing in the fresh air. An inner courtyard and landscaped terrace provide additional space to relax and enjoy the lush surroundings, while upstairs you can admire the magnificent sunsets over the Atlas Mountains.
The swimming pool (15 x 6m - Depth : 1.5m) can be heated (at extra cost) and has deckchairs and outdoor beds for sunny days by the water. You will also find a pool house (with a bedroom), a bar, a covered lounge and an outdoor dining room for pleasant meals by the water.
Sports enthusiasts will be delighted with the concrete tennis court, mini-basketball and petanque area. A table tennis table completes the programme of outdoor activities, guaranteeing leisure time for all.
