The Home

Dar Rocka is a luxurious villa of 3 bedrooms with bathrooms that extends over 430 m2 to offer you unprecedented comfort and a universe unique to Marrakech and the elegance of Morocco. Villa Dar Rocka looks like a sand castle straight out of the ground, to which you can add a private swimming pool as well as a contemporary design that will make you feel at home. Built by a qualified architect, Villa Dar Rocka will ensure you a peaceful stay in Marrakech in a traditional environment as the property is built on the model of a Riad. In addition to this exceptional setting, the villa offers a superb view of the Atlas Mountains, a truly exotic setting.

The interiors

The villa offers 2 comfortable living rooms (one of which can also be used as an extra bedroom), a beautiful dining room, and a large and beautifully equipped kitchen.

The exteriors

Upstairs you will find a large panoramic terrace which has a summer kitchen with plancha and a shaded dining room. Enjoy afternoons in the sun in complete privacy.

Deckchairs and lounges to relax, dine or have a drink while admiring the sunset...

The only neighbours here will be the surrounding countryside and the panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains: disconnection guaranteed.

The surroundings

The villa is located in a very quiet and charming rural area, yet only 35 minutes from the town centre, 4 kilometres from the Amelkis golf course and the famous Palmeraie and 40 minutes from Menara airport.

Notes

Included in the price: only the preparation and service of breakfast.

Not included in the price: the ingredients for breakfast are at the expense of the guests.

Guests can ask the house staff to do the shopping (for an additional fee).

The price for guests taking the heated swimming pool option is :

60 € for a 3-day stay

85 € for a 5 Days stay

120 € for a 7-day stay

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Un superbe moment dans cette villa. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans la villa de Paolo,
avec piscine chauffée, au calme, vue sur l’atlas, et une décoration soignée. Merci aux personnels de maison,
ils ont été d’une gentillesse et très serviable durant notre séjour. Et que dire des plats, un régal dès le
premier jour. Échange et réactivité de Paolo au top. Villa dépaysante. Merci Paolo

Villa absolument sublime, parfaitement propre, très bien entretenue et décorée avec beaucoup de goût.
Le propriétaire est un hôte fantastique avec qui la communication a été excellente. Sana, la cuisinière, nous a régalé
tout au long du séjour; Yasser a été un chauffeur parfait .Nous avons passé une séjour absolument génial
et reviendrons sans hésiter

Le séjour était à 100% conforme à la description. La villa Dar Rocka est très belle et parfait pour passer
des séjours en mode détente. notre contact était 100% disponible pour répondre à nos questions par téléphone et son équipe présente les matinées pour prépares les repas et faire le ménage. Je recommande la villa pour les familles et weekend repos :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Dar Rocka. The villa and rooftop is fantastic place to get away for a few days.

I have just returned from a fantastic stay at this villa with my partner and 4 of our friends. Contact with villanovo was very easy from the beginning, I always received a quick response whenever I had any questions. The villa itself is lovely and well maintained. All of the staff are very helpful. We had several meals cooked for us by Aziza and they were all delicious! The driver was always prompt and flexible to our needs. We would love to go back! Thank you for a lovely holiday.
