This magnificent contemporary villa is located in the heart of the Palmeraie of Marrakech 20 minutes from the centre of Marrakech. The villa offers 6 bedrooms and common living spaces with beautiful volumes and lots of light. A long basin passes through the villa giving it a unique personality.

Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed King size. Bathroom ensuite, with bathtub, shower. This bedroom includes also fireplace, dressing room, private terrace.

Outdoors

Large South terraces with armchairs and coffee table and two loungers with big cushions. Space very close to the pool.
17-metre pool (heated on request) extending into an infinity pool 20 metres long and 4.30 metres wide including 3 metres long in very shallow beach.

Solarium with tanning mattress

Covered Moroccan living room with cushions and coffee tables, near the pool and solarium.

The whole house is air conditioned, bathrooms included as well as heated in winter.

WiFi available.

Staff and services

House staff and cook. (preparation of meals is included in the price, but food and shopping service are not included).
For meals, customers do not care about anything. All the shopping is done by the staff, once clients arrived in the villa (breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, wines). Suggestions are offered to the guests, who can give their culinary preferences.
Working hours of the house staff : 8H-14H / 16H-22H.

With extra charge, the pool can be heated (amount subject to seasonality):
- December, January and February: the cost of pool heating is 130€/day (+ 3 days of compulsory pre-heating).
- The rest of the year: the cost of pool heating is 100€/day (+2 days of compulsory pre-heating).

Notes

Guests are asked to leave their rooms 1 hour before their departure time so that the staff can make an inventory of fixtures.

Tips for the staff

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house chef/cook prepares all meals. Meals and beverages will be charged to your final bill.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

The Villa is Beautiful. The location was a bit far way from the center of the City. this made it more cumbersome for the Organization of Taxis to and fro Villa.
The Staff especially Khadija who wore many hats was excellent. She Practically had to do all the coordination. Hassan was lovely but a Gardner can never be a Butler,. Those are 2 different set of skills. Butlers serve. Gardners tend to the Garden.

One in our group mistakeably set with massage oil on the bed duvet. This caused a bit of confusion and the owner immediately was involved. We had no problem replacing the duvet but to receive a call and be put on alert was not a good experience.

Très belle maison décorée avec beaucoup de gout par la propriétaire.
Service adorable et très discret.
Radija est une excellente cuisinière qui nous a régalé tout le séjour. Un grand merci à elle est ses collègues!
Toute ma famille a été très heureuse de ce séjour.

La maison est l'oeuvre d'un architecte et est dessinée et aménagée avec beaucoup de gout et de raffinement. Les matériaux nobles sont partout et les grandes baies vitrées offrent une lumière incroyable. Toutes les chambres sont spacieuses et très confortables. La master bedroom est même hallucinante.
Les extérieurs sont manifestement faits pour accueillir des gens. Plusieurs espaces, différents mais tous confortables, permettent d'accueillir en toute convivialité des groupes.
Mais le vrai plus de cette maison, c'est le personnel qui vous accompagne pour passer un moment splendide, notamment les cuisinières qui sont de vraies fées. Discrètes mais toujours présentes pour vous aider et préparer ce dont vous avez envie, elles font passer la maison à un niveau de luxe et de qualité incomparable.
Enfin, le service conciergerie de Villanovo permet d'avoir en un coup de fil un transport, des massages, des activités.
C'est vraiment idyllique.

Le site Villanovo est très facile d'utilisation et avec un taux de réponse très bon, le service Villanovo est très appréciable, pour des tarifs qui ne se ressentent pas véritablement dans le montant de la location, ce qui témoigne d'un pricing astucieux.
Le geste commercial sur le montant du petit dégât intervenu lors de la location a été très apprécié.
Mathilde était très sympathique et réactive et nous a permis d'organiser les choses au mieux, ce qui nous a aidé à passer un encore meilleur séjour.

La maison est un peu éloignée du centre mais c'est la clef du calme et n'est pas gênant compte tenu de la qualité du service de transport accessible rapidement.
Attention à ne rien abîmer dans la maison : le revers de bénéficier d'un environnement luxueux est que tout dégât, même minime, peut coûter cher (en dépit de la compréhension et des gestes commerciaux de l'agence Villanovo, irréprochable à ce titre).

Maison exceptionnelle tant en design qu’en qualité de fabrication. Un must en terme de discrétion, calme et sérénité. Un personnel au petit soin. Le paradis existe.

Piscine non chauffée.

Manque un tennis alors que le terrain est immense . Ce serait un plus pour la maison de pouvoir chauffer la piscine en dehors des mois d’été

An amazing villa of a very high quality. Highly recommended. We're already thinking about our next trip there!

We would have liked the pool water to be heated. This wont be a problem from May to November. We were there in March.
