Demeure agréable et très bien située.
Le vrai "plus" est la présence de Nadia qui est souriante, très serviable, à l'écoute et une excellente cuisinière !!!

Localisation à 1,2km de la place Jama el Fna et non 300m donc un peu loin et peu de restaurant à proximité .

Nadia at the Riad was amazing and very attentive to our needs. She made us all delicious breakfast in the morning ans was always very pleasant.

Simo from Villanovo was always amazing and provided us with valuable information. He was always available and prompt to help whenever we needed assistance. Our stay was just amazing!

We enjoyed our New Year's trip to Marrakech. What truly made this trip a memorable experience was the staff at Dar Lalla Chouffie. We recieved a warm welcome from SiMo our Destination Host. The tours that he planned for us were very well organised and a high standard. As a lux travel planner I appreciated that the services were planned well. The house staff Noura and Nadia made our trip UNFORGETTABLE. The service we received was authentic, professional and sincere. They took great care in making every minute of our stay wonderful. Our breakfasts and the in-house dinners they cooked were so special. We felt spoiled...they anticipated our needs everyday. Nadia's massages were wonderful! She created a great space in the Riad that was relaxing and comfortable. We look forward to our next trip to Marrakech!

As a travel agent I was happy with the service offered by Villanovo. We made our reservation at the last minute during a busy season and were lucky to have found a property which had just recently been completed.

The road to the Riad had areas that was under construction therefore, it was a bit scary upon our arrival.
