The villa's interiors offer a comfortable and peaceful living environment, with three beautiful en-suite bedrooms, several sunny terraces and a refreshing indoor swimming pool (3.5 x 3.5m, 0.8 - 1.1m deep), ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the streets of Marrakech.

The riad boasts a rooftop terrace, ideal for relaxing in the Marrakech sunshine.

Staff & Services

The price includes breakfast, daily cleaning and the services of the house staff: a guardian, a cook and a cleaning lady.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Cooking service is included. Cost of food is not included.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Arabic - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 1.50 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
