Located on the front line of Amelkis Golf, Villa Amanassa is the ideal villa to enjoy some intimate and special moments with your family and loved ones. With its 4 high- standing bedrooms and private bathrooms, it can comfortably host up to 8 guests.

The charming Arab-Andalusian architecture style of the villa gives it some character, combined with the beautifully landscaped garden which transports you into the exotic Moroccan culture.

Villa Amanassa is built around 2 patios; both be closed by removable glass door-windows, which gives a lot of natural light to the villa. The stylish and elegant decor which is primarily based on blue grey and beige tones bodes perfectly well with the spirit of the Moroccan, lifestyle and makes guests feel as if they are at home away from home.

One does not need to leave the villa as it comes with various facilities such as a private swimming pool, hammam, spa, massage room, table tennis and a fitness room.

The rental of the villa includes house staff which consists of a butler, a chef and daily housekeeping to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it could be.

- In this house, meals are prepared exclusively by the house staff.
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo

- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

The villa looked exactly like the photos online. Simo, the concierge was very helpful and always available. Fatima was lovely, always had a smile on her face. Mustapha was always around to help with anything.

Not one universal Wi-Fi. The pool water wasn’t very clean

Our family had a fantastic time at Villa Amanassa in celebration of my mother's 60th birthday. The Villanovo team, the staff, our driver, Habibe, and the owner of the villa were so accommodating, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay such an enjoyable and memorable experience. It was an exceptional experience and Marrakech is a beautiful city! I would highly recommend this villa to guests and we would very much like to visit again!

Mathilde and the Villanovo team were great. They were prompt to answer our requests and queries we had and were so helpful in the planning of the trip, booking, reserving and arranging experiences that made the trip that much more special.

Excellent customer service. Owner was very nice and was very very kind in providing a cake, as we were celebrating a birthday on the trip. Service was provided by Medhi, our cook was Fatima and home upkeep was done by Khadija, and all services were excellent.

Tout était parfait

La principale déception est que la cuisinière quitte la villa a 17h et que le dîner servi est réchauffé… Nous aurions préféré avoir la cuisinière le soir.
Plusieurs fois j’ai essayé de joindre le service client de Villanovo pour des questions et c’était compliqué de les avoir au tel … finalement on a trouvé un moyen de communication efficace avec Mathilde, leur concierge à Marrakech et à partir de ce moment là cela a mieux fonctionné

Stil des Hauses und Freundlichkeit des Servicepersonal war klasse.
Pool und Garten war super, sehr gepflegt.
Tolle Architektur des Hauses.

Der Empfang am Flughafen war holprig und der Hauseigentümer zu oft unangekündigten vor Ort.

Der Kontakt mit Frau Bettina Seymour (Villanovo) war immer sehr freundlich und umgehende Rückmeldungen von ihr. Gute Vorschläge für Unternehmungen und Restaurants.
Nur einige Buchungen hätten früher reserviert werden sollen, damit in der anspruchsvollen Reisezeit, Buchungen möglich gewesen wären. zB. Jardin Majorelle und dem YSL Museum.

Magnifique demeure avec un mix tradition / modernité parfait !
Dominique, le propriétaire, nous a accueillis comme des princes. Personne très professionnelle et sympathique.
Le personnel est également adorable, discret, et aux petits soins.

Vraiment du haut de gamme sur tous les plans !

J'ai eu l'occasion de solliciter Villanovo à plusieurs reprises. C'est toujours un plaisir de travailler avec l'agence
Mention spéciale pour Mathilde à Marrakech qui est toujours super disponible et s'adapte à chaque demande avec gentillesse et professionnalisme

Sehr schöne und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Villa. Betten sehr gut, auch Badezimmer sind gut. Pool sehr sauber und Garten immer sehr aufgeräumt und gepflegt. Personal macht einen super Job. Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde diese Villa wieder mieten und auch meinen Freunden weiter empfehlen.

Sehr guter Service besonders Bettina (Villanovo) hat einen super Job gemacht. Danke

Kleinigkeiten die behoben wurden wie Duschköpfe verkalkt und Duschabläufe verstopft. Warm Wasser kam zu wenig warm. Vor allem sollten alle Gartenmöbel die auf den Terrassen sind mit Filzkleber an den Füssen versehen werden. Die Tische und Stühle werden dauern hin und her geschoben und es entsteht dabei ein grausiges Geräusch das stört. Besonders wenn morgens geputzt und das Morgenessen vorbereitet wird stört das Geräusch in den Schlafzimmern. Kleine Ursache grosse Wirkung würde ich hier sagen. Man kann das mit Filzkleber einfach und billig lösen.

Villa exceptionnelle, un Riad arabo-andalou digne des Mille et Une Nuits!
Espaces communs magnifiques.: Le sol du patio en céramique sublime, la fontaine recouverte de roses,, les orangers, les bougies, le verrière du patio coulissante, le couloir qui dessert 2 chambres donnant dans un petit patio avec de nouveau fontaine et pamplemoussiers est tout en briques superbement agencées. Tout est pensé, décoré avec un goût parfait. Les chambres et leurs salles de bain privatives tres spacieuses ont toujours baignoire et douche.
Les deux terrasses l’une pour au soleil, l’autre à l’ombre pour les chaudes journées d’été.
Pour un voyage en hiver on est accueilli à la lueur des bougies et des feux de cheminee dans le salon et la salle à manger, avec thé à la menthe et les meilleures pâtisseries marocaines de Marrakech : magique !
Que dire du service? Exceptionnel ! Mustapha le gardien chauffeur toujours le sourire, qui connaît toute la villa et tous les services proposés et qui a la moindre demande vous répond « oui pas de problème »
Le majordome Hamid tellement sympathique, prévenant, agréable, stylé, devançant tous vos désirs et tout ça très naturellement sans aucune obséquiosité, Djamila l’exceptionelle cuisinière , nous avions prévu des restaurants mais la cuisine était tellement délicieuse que nous les avons quasiment tous pris au Riad.
Le propriétaire Dominique B., charmant , appelant régulièrement pour savoir si tout allait bien.
Bref un sejour exceptionnel.

Beautiful property, amazing design, very well decorated and styled. Poor was lovely as were gardens and the villa facilities.
The spa services, steam room and jacazzu were great and very relaxing.

Service could have been more pro-active. The staff did everything they were asked to do and the villa was always clean and the food good, however little touches were missed. We had to ask for drinks instead of being asked, meals were cleared away before we had moved away from the table, areas were not tidied. The pool loungers were always moved back to their original positions each day despite us then having to re-group them ourselves every morning rather than two being at one end of the pool and two at the other. Simple touches that would have made the service excellent such as hot towels when returning from the town would have been nice or bottles of water offered when it was hot. The lack of anyone with any English speaking ability caused some difficulties when ordering food and explaining requirements although VillaNovo assisted with this. Was not overly happy having to pay to heat the pool which also seemed to turn the showers from warm to hot.
