Room 5 - 108m2 :
Master bedroom, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. , with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area, TV, dressing room, private terrace.

Note : The master suite has a beautiful terrace, nestled in the heart of a hanging garden, with intimate lounge-style seating and brazier.


Indoors 

You will be immediately seduced by the beautiful interiors, their pleasant atmosphere and their careful decoration. Here, everything has been thought of so that you can experience a heavenly interlude, synonymous with comfort and elegance. You will find, for example, superb decorative elements such as wooden wall ornaments, travertine walls, beautiful carpets, light-coloured tapestry, as well as superb brass chandeliers and light fittings made by great Moroccan craftsmen.
The delightful main living area has high ceilings and is surrounded by large glass windows overlooking the beautiful exterior, accentuating the volume and natural light. This room also has a TV corner (with satellite programming) and a fireplace, which gives the place a real bubble of softness in winter.
In the dining areas, there are magnificent tables (solid wood for the one inside and marble for the one outside), perfect for sharing delicious meals in a convivial atmosphere.
Both spacious and bright, the bedrooms will offer you a cosy universe in a decor with Moroccan influences (ochre-coloured tadelakt walls, cement tiles and zellige with geometric motifs in the bathrooms).
You can also enjoy a private cinema room (for 10 people) and a wellness area, consisting of a 40 m² Spa with a 19 m² hammam and a sauna for two people (treatments, massages and other services are on request).


Outdoors​ 

The villa offers pleasant exteriors, with views of the Atlas Mountains.
You can enjoy a nice landscaped garden, two large terraces and a beautiful swimming pool (7.5 x 13.5m - depth: 1 to 2 metres).
There is also a private parking.


Staff & Services

By staying at the villa, you will have a hotel service, ensured by a professional and qualified staff with butler and Chef. 
The whole team will be at your disposal and will listen to you, in order to advise you and to book your program.
To complete your stay, the villa also offers you the possibility of optional services such as the services of a driver, childcare, wellness experiences, personalised excursions in the regions of Marrakech, guided tours of the old medina and its emblematic palaces, quad bike or sidecar rides, cooking classes, golf courses, hot air balloon experiences, festive outings, or intimate evenings under the stars of the Agafay desert. ..


Location

The villa is located 20 km from the city centre, close to the Al Maaden and Royal Golfs.


Notes :

• Up to two children per villa :
  • No extra charge for children under 12 years old (extra bed and breakfast offered) and 50% discount on the children's meal (or kids menu available),
  • Children 12 years and older : 60 euro supplement per night (extra bed, breakfast), 2 extra beds available per villa.
• All meals are prepared by the villa's chef and his team. He can adapt the menus to special diets if necessary (vegetarian, vegan, etc.). Access to the villa's kitchen is restricted to the villa's staff.
• If you wish to bring your own chef, the villa staff can help with the preparation. A minimum charge of 25 euros per person per meal will be applied.
• You are allowed to bring your own alcoholic beverages, but a corkage fee will apply.
