Indoors
The property comprises a main house that sleeps 10 and a second, separate villa that can accommodate up to 4 additional guests.
It is constructed with materials which have been excavated on site (stones, earth) which were also used to reshape the garden.
Minimalistic and ecological, the villa does not impose itself on the landscape, and even upon arrival, it only appears once visitors have passed through the orchard of olive and fruit trees.
- The main house is a contemporary five bedroom villa, which offers a modern design, warm furnishing and the state of the art comfort. It comprises a state of the art kitchen, a spacious living and dining room (with fireplace), a large outdoor terrace, 1 master bedroom and 4 double bedrooms (each bedroom has a private bathroom). The house also features a floor heating system, which keeps the house comfortable all year round. During summer, an evaporative cooling system, perfectly fitted for the dry climate of Marrakech, cools the house in a much more pleasant way than traditional air-conditioning does.
- The pool villa is a separate house (65m2) featuring a living room, a bedroom, a private bathroom and a terrace with direct access to the vegetables and herbs garden.
In this superb property, guests can also enjoy the playroom (equipped with a large TV and plenty of games and activities) and the wellness area with Moroccan hammam and multi-purpose relaxation area which can be used for massage, pedicure or manicure treatments.
Outdoors
The property comprises large and beautiful outdoors.
Guests can appreciate the 8000m2 garden with orchard (of olive and fruit trees, organic vegetables and herbs garden) and the outside pergola which is the perfect spot for a BBQ or pizza party (thanks to the barbecue and pizza oven).
They can take a dip in the heated pool, or enjoy a cocktail at the outside bar.
There are also several covered outside dining and a petanque strip.
