Indoors

This house on 3 floors was built in a traditional Riad style with a fountain & atrium as you enter.
Five en-suite bedrooms (all with good size wardrobe areas) are located on the 2nd floor while the sixth is on the ground floor.
There is a private terrace & balcony for the two bedrooms overlooking the lake & swimming pool and another separate terrace & balcony for the bedroom at the front of the house.
You will be charmed by the pillared entrance (with fountain, glass atrium & separate toilet) leading to a large living area with two separate seating areas & a large television (with a multi language system).
You will also find another separate salon & separate dining room, a kitchen & utility room (with a large American style fridge freezer & washing/ dryer machine).
The top terrace has a seating area with a wonderful view of the golf course, on both sides & spectacular views of the atlas mountains
There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.


Outdoors

You will appreciate the large garden of approximately 6,500m² with many olive trees, palms & exotic plants.
You will also enjoy the hammam (with separate shower toilet & wash hand basin), the large heated swimming pool (14 x 7m - Depth : 1 to 1.5m) and the dining area & settees.
The roof terrace on the 3rd floor offers spectacular views of the golf course & the Atlas Mountains.


Staff & Services

There is a full time caretaker (who speaks Arabic, French & English and looks after the house the swimming pool & the garden), plus an additional gardener 3 days a week. A manager, who lives nearby & speaks French & English, is also available every day and can help with any requests. 
The price includes breakfast and the daily services of a maid (to make the beds & clean).

The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as : a cook (on a daily basis for an extra charge), pre-arrival pack of food & drink, takeaway & delivery service from the clubhouse with an excellent choice of food. There is also a restaurant at the club house.
