Room 7 - Latour :

Indoors 

The villa welcomes you with an entrance, a cloakroom opening onto an interior garden, a living room (with TV and fireplace) and a dining room with a view of the garden, on the pool side. The fully equipped kitchen has a view of the olive grove.
On the ground floor, there are also 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a large central one) and a Hammam.
On the first floor, you will find 4 suites, each with a double bed, a bathroom (with shower) and private toilets. Two of the suites also have an extra bath and a terrace with a view of the Atlas Mountains. This level also has a large office area which can be used as a yoga room.


Outdoors​ 

The property offers charming outdoor spaces.
A charming driveway with orange and bougainvillea trees leads to the villa, the car park and the open garage.
You can enjoy the pretty garden with trees, the swimming pool (17 x 6 meters - Depth from 20cm to 1m80), the terrace with deckchairs and the covered area with bar and table.
At the back of the house, there is a beautiful olive grove.

Villa Primerose is located 15 mm from the centre of Marrakech.
The road to the barrage offers 3 golf courses within 5mm of the villa (Noria, Royal Palm and Samanah).
