You'll love the spacious living areas on the ground floor, including a large, comfortable lounge with bay windows overlooking the pool, and a kitchen opening onto the dining room for special moments with friends and family.
You will discover 5 spacious bedrooms, each tastefully decorated and with its own bathroom, guaranteeing comfort and privacy.
In addition to this high level of comfort, the villa offers social areas with a pool table and table football, promising entertainment and superb moments of sharing with family and friends.


Outdoors 

The house has a 1400m² garden and terrace with views of the Atlas Mountains.
You will soak up the Marrakech sun on the deckchairs on the terrace after a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (12m x 4.5m, 1.6m deep), which can be heated on request (at an extra cost). The outside of the villa also promises relaxation, thanks to the property's four-poster bed and jacuzzi.
A petanque court is also available for friendly outdoor activities.


Staff & Services

The price includes breakfasts, as well as the services of a housekeeper who will clean the villa on a daily basis.
For an additional charge, the cook can prepare your meals (lunch and/or dinner):

- Children (under 12) : - 50% of the price of a meal,
- Babies (under 4): free.
