This 380 m² modern house has a beautiful living area with lounge/dining space and fireplace.
It also offers 4 large bedrooms (each with bathroom) and has air conditioning and underfloor heating.


Outdoors​ 

The villa is set in a lovely wooded park of 2000 m², in the heart of a private estate.
You will enjoy the garden (not overlooked and very calm) and the heatable pool (8 x 4 meters - depth 1.40 meter).
The property has two private car parks.

A gardener and a cleaning lady are at your disposal.
The price includes daily cleaning, breakfast, garden and pool maintenance.
