Indoors

The apparent simplicity of the architecture hides behinds its walls sophisticated technical aspects, such as underfloor heating, air conditioning, heated pool and much more. In this stunning, fully enclosed estate, you enjoy complete privacy and tranquility, with all the comfort you need.  

The villa was built on two levels (with respect to the yard) in order to maximize the view on the gardens and the south side of Atlas Mountains. The linear concept of the house ensures functional simplicity, along with the wide sliding windows, minimal furniture and materials used for the fl and walls.

On the higher level we can find the entrance, kitchen, summer bar, dining room and the nook overlooking the main living area.

On the lower level there are the winter bar, steam room-hammam, movie room and the main lounge enjoying the double height and in this way maximizing the view on the landscape.


Outdoors

Upon entering the estate through the driveway you will drive by an impressive lake of 5000 m2, a beautiful garden and an oasis of olive trees.
Besides the gigantic 50-m-long swimming pool, there is also a private pool (9m x 2.5m x 1.3m) by the master suite and a hammam. Only the small swimming pool can be heated.
