Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The staff will be happy to prepare meals for you
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : French
- Check-in : 16:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Comments

The villa is beautiful, the art work is incredible and you can tell it’s very loved by the owners. It’s very quiet and peaceful, just what we needed.
The staff are wonderful and can’t do enough to help. Very kind and thoughtful. The chef’s food is incredible, we went out to eat the second night but quickly decided that her food was much better! She was very accommodating with our son too, which we loved.
It’s just a wonderful place and we would highly recommend it if you want so peaceful recuperation and relaxation!

I wouldn’t hesitate to use Villanovo again! Very helpful and we took advantage of them offering to arrange for fast track at the airport on arrival and departure which again, I would HIGHLY recommend!
It’s difficult to find any fault at all!
