Room, 1st floor, direct access to the pool, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the garden, direct access to the pool, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with walk-in shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, fireplace.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom ensuite, with 2 washbasins, bathtub. separate WC room. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, private terrace.


Indoors

Before entering the house, you will take a small path, where you can park the car. Once inside, you will see a beautiful, bright and spacious living room, separated by a small wall from the dining room with seating for 8. A fireplace is in the living room, facing the couchs, perfect for the winter nights to get warm. The fully equipped kitchen is in an adjacent room.
The living room gives access to the terrace.
The four bedrooms are en suite and three of them offers a view over the Atlas chain.
On the basement, you have an hammam at your disposal, that needs to be booked in advance.


Outdoors

The large garden of the property has 30 olive trees, palm trees and citrus.
After leaving the living room, you will be in a patio under a covered terrace with a outdoor dining table, allowing you to enjoy your meals next to the swimming pool while enjoying the tranquility of the place.
You can relax in the swimming pool (that can be heated) or on the deckchairs next to it, under the sun or in the shade thanks to the numerous trees of the house.


Location

Several activies are available around the villa such as quad and camel rides. You are 10 minutes away from the Palmeraie, where you will find plenty of bars and restaurants.


Staff & Services

Khadija, Rachid et Youssef will make you have a pleasent stay, by cooking, cleaning the house, taking care of the garden and the swimming pool. The villa produces olive oil and is used to cook.
