Villa Dar Badia is a beautiful villa located in the district of Ourika, 20 minutes away from the renowned golf courses of Marrakech such as Amelkis and Golf Royal. It is able to host 10 people with 5 high-standing bedrooms, 3 of which have a double and 2 have twin beds which are all equipped with a television and an ensuite bathroom to ensure maximum comfort and luxury.The interiors of Dar Badia are unique and elegant and ensure a peaceful atmosphere along with the bay windows all around the villa which bring light.

For guests’ ultimate comfort, the 1 hectare plot of land that the villa is built on includes a beautiful private swimming pool, a hammam, a petanque court and various sun loungers as well as other various garden furniture to make the most of the warm Moroccan sun. Dar Badia also provides incredible views over the Atlas Mountains.

The rental of Dar Badia includes a chef and daily housekeeping.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets not allowed
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : French
- Check-in : 12:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 5 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 50 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 50 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo
- Booking Cancellation fee : 100 EUR
- Changes to confirmed arrangements fee : 100 EUR

Everything was wonderful - particularly the breathtaking views! Villanovo was, as always, the perfect team from start to finish - from the booking process, organising our plans, general assistance & communication. An extremely professional, high-end company with a strong, dedicated team of experts.

We loved most things about the villa, the decor, the gardens, the staff, etc.

I think Villanovo is great but can be very slow when answering emails and an agency offering such high price villas should have a more responsive email system.

The only thing that we "disliked" was the fact that there were no proper stairs to get into the pool so we suggest they should install some and that the depth of the pool doesn't changed through out it.
