Designed for 12 to 15 guests, it can accommodate up to 25 guests, thanks to the LA GRANADA guest lodge (optional, 220m²), located on the same property, with high-end accommodation for 8 to 10 additional guests.

Comfort and conviviality: The impressive Central Salon and its majestic fireplace entirely hand-carved, the welcoming Moroccan Salon, the large dining room, the six suites (each with a different refined decoration: fireplace, living area, dressing room, private terrace, bathroom, WiFi), will satisfy even the most demanding customer.

Well-being and letting go: Relaxation is ensured by the beautiful 1.7ha park landscape, the covered terraces, one of the largest private heated swimming pools in Marrakech with two jacuzzis, pétanque court, traditional hammam, massage room, pool house with its bar, rest area and fully equipped fitness room, comfortable cinema room, library, English billiards table, sky bar, professional putting green. Main golf courses in Marrakech nearby (Royal Golf, Al Maaden, Amelkis).

Personalized service: The discreet and attentive staff include the manager, the butler, a waiter, the chef and cook's assistant, two housekeepers, a maintenance technician, a gardener and a caretaker. For the meals that the client wishes to take at L’Albaicin, the Chef and his team will compose succulent and creative meals for the client with a new menu every day.

Bedrooms 7, 8 and 9 are located in the guest house. It also has a large living room and open kitchen: 2 sofa beds convertible together into a King-size bed, TV, large bathroom, WC.

Main lounge: approx. 150m² and 7m high ceiling. 3m wide massive double faced fireplace, beautifully chiselled using ancestral techniques. Large bay windows on three sides. Fully furnished.
Moroccan lounge and Dining area: 200m², lounge on the northern side with modern oriental benches on three sides, central bi-ethanol operated mobile fireplace. Dining area adjacent to the Moroccan lounge on the south side with table seating 18. Beautiful view on the gardens and the Atlas mountains.
South covered terrace: 130m² between main lounge and swimming pool. Sitting area with double sofas. Two dining tables, seating 10 each.
The kitchen is not available to the client

Notes

The privatization for an event of lounges, terraces, sky bar, pool house bar and park for 150 people costs 3000e. Add 15e for each additional person.
Any degradation or failure not reported by the customer within 24 hours of arrival may be charged.
The use, voluntary or not, by the customer or his guests of the swimming pool is the only onecustomer responsibility.
Any request to change the dates of the stay can only be accepted provided that the new dates are available. If this is not the case, the reservation is canceled and the cancellation conditions apply.
The pool is heated for €200/day; you need to heat it for 3 days before guests arrive for it to be effective.
