Room 4 - Perle (18m2) :

Room 5 - Opale (25m2) :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds 90 cm configurable as a double bed. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, living area.

Room 6 - Saphir (18m2) :

Room 7 - Emeraude (29 m2) :

Note : The Perle and Opale bedrooms are ideal for families thanks to their connecting door.


Indoors 

The riad offers beautiful and comfortable interiors, with a beautiful decoration.
It has 7 bedrooms (3 of which can be twin), each with its own shower room.
You will be charmed by the superb patio, which serves 2 bedrooms, the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the pleasant basin.
On the first floor, you will find 4 other bedrooms (2 of which are communicating), as well as a massage room.
The 7th room is located on the terrace.


Outdoors​ 

You can enjoy the lovely small pool in the patio (4.6 x 2.58m - Depth 1.22m), and the terrace with bar which offers a magnificent view of the Koutoubia, the gardens of the Mamounia and the Royal Palace.


Staff & Services

You will benefit from the services of the riad's team, which consists of a manager., a cheffe, a maid (or 2, depending of the needs) and a night watchman.
The price includes bath amenities, a daily housekeeping.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as airport transfers, babysitting...


Location

The riad is located in the Sidi Mimoun district.
Located south of the Jema El Fna square, it is only a few minutes away from the Kasbah and the exit of the medina.
