Indoors

This pretty Riad, spread over 3 levels, features 2 open-air patios situated around a little pool.
You'll love the charming and comfortable interiors.
On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room, a air-conditioned TV lounge and a hammam.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, including a large master suite opening onto a passageway with arcades. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and reversible air conditioning.

Outdoors

On the main level, you can enjoy a pleasant little pool (4 x 3m - Depth: 1.2 - 1.4m).
You will also be charmed by the beautiful 250m² terrace on the roof of the Riad. It is equipped with a large Moroccan lounge, a bar and an open kitchen.
On the roof terrace, you can also enjoy a solarium with jacuzzi and day beds.

Staff & Services

The Riad team is made up of 4 people: a manager, a waiter/night watchman, a cleaner and a cook.
Every morning, breakfast is served in the patio.
The Riad has a restaurant and bar open from 6pm to 11pm.
On request, the riad also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as access to the hammam, massages, organised excursions, shuttle service, diner, a snack menu for the lunch time...

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. The staff will be happy to prepare meals for you
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : English - Arabic - French
- Check-in : 14:00 h - Check out : 12:00 h
- A tourist tax will be added to your final bill : 2.50 EUR per guest per night
- Amount of security deposit : 1 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Le riad est situé dans un emplacement parfait avec plein de restaurants à proximité et une localisation parfaite pour faire des différentes activités.
C'est un riad très beau et confortable et sans doute sons atout c'est sa terrasse!
Super service du personnel du soir, on s'est très bien entendu avec eux.

Équipe de Villanovo à l'écoute pour trouver le riad qui convenait le mieux à nos besoins.
Facilité d'utilisation du site pour réserver et très bon accueil du concierge local Simo qui est passé nous voir à notre arrivée et nous a donné des recommandations d'activités à faire à Marrakech.

Sur une des chambres, l'eau n'était pas assez puissante.
Pour utiliser le jacuzzi il faut demander à l'avance au staff du riad afin que l'eau soit chaude.
Étant donné que la température du soir était un peu froide, il y a deux jours ou on n'a pas pu utiliser le jacuzzi car l'eau n'était pas assez chaude.

Les hôtes ont rendu notre séjour si agréable, ils ont tout fait pour nous simplifier les choses. L'accueil est très bon. Un grand merci à eux. Le Riad est propre, les repas sont très bons sans parler du petit déjeuner qui est également au sommet. Emplacement près de la place, près du souk. Riad tranquille. Tout était parfait et en grande partie grâce à eux et à tout le personnel. Ils sont prévenants.

Waouh ! Les mots ne peuvent pas décrire à quel point cette expérience a été formidable. Un 11/10 facile, facile, facile. Nous avons été époustouflés par le riad et ses installations. Ne laissez pas le manque de critiques (au moment de la rédaction) vous dissuader de rester ici. Vous devez me faire confiance, cet endroit est le paradis. Nous avions déjà atteint le sommet du mont Toubkal et nous étions à la recherche d'un endroit avec une piscine agréable, calme et propre pour reposer nos corps fatigués - et nous l'avons obtenu avec tellement plus. L'espace commun principal avec la piscine est magnifique et a été méticuleusement nettoyé. Le service était amical, chaleureux et accueillant. Un énorme cri à nos hôtes !! Ils ont été merveilleux et professionnels et nous ont donné un service incroyable ainsi que d'excellents conseils sur Marrakech. Nous avons eu la chance de les avoir autour de nous. En dehors de la piscine principale, il y a aussi une ÉNORME terrasse avec des lits de jour, des canapés, des tables et un jacuzzi. Enfin, ils ont un spa hammam traditionnel juste à côté de la piscine. Ma femme et moi avons tous les deux reçu le forfait de luxe et ce fut une expérience incroyable ! Je me suis senti comme une nouvelle
personne par la suite. J'ai oublié le nom de la dame qui a fourni le service, mais elle est une pro et nous a fait nous sentir si choyés et à l'aise. Un must si vous restez ici ! Je vous le dis maintenant, une fois que le secret de cet endroit sera révélé, vous aurez du mal à trouver une chambre.

Vraiment un beau Riad avec une attention aux détails ! Il est situé au milieu de la vieille médina. Les repas sont excellents et les soirées avec de la musique live fantastiques ! Le propriétaire et le personnel sont très sympathiques et serviables.
