Indoors 

On the ground floor, the Riad has a double living room with a dining area, a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, bathroom and dressing room, are on the 1st floor.


Outdoors​ 

The 5 x 2 meter swimming pool is heated in winter and is on the roof which offers 180 degree views. The terrace covered with a pergola is equipped with a dining table offering a space to relax. The canopy is removable. A fireplace is available outside.

Pool heating, breakfast, daily cleaning and concierge service are included in the price.


Location

The Riad is located in the district of Sidi Mimoune between the Royal Palace and the Mamounia. Security and accessibility at the top. Menara airport is 5 km from the villa.
