Travel to Marrakech and stay in the superb Riad Baghala, located only 5 minutes walk from a cultural point to visit: the Saadian Tombs. In addition to being ideally located, the Riad has 3 rooms in traditional and modern style, all with private bathroom. The Riads are traditional accommodation located in the city, with an outdoor garden that symbolizes paradise in the Muslim region. Riad Baghala offers a small swimming pool in the central garden and a Jacuzzi on the roof terrace.

In order for you to spend the best of your stay in Marrakech, the Riad offers the expert services of a cook who will make you discover the flavors of the country and treat you with traditional dishes, as well as a house staff to maintain the Riad.

The Riad's double rooms are decorated in a contemporary Moroccan spirit, creating a modern yet traditional space. During the hot days in Marrakech, enjoy the small swimming pool and its deckchairs, and during the mild winter, you can opt for the jacuzzi. The roof of the patio closes in winter to keep the heat inside the Riad. At any time of the year, you can enjoy the outdoor dining room lit by the sun of Marrakech. The living room with decorative fireplace is equipped with a television and the riad has an interior dining room.

The Riad can accommodate 6 people and is the ideal accommodation if you travel with friends or family. In case you travel as a couple, Villanovo offers a special rate.

Rental conditions

- All guests use any hot tub, swimming pool, sauna, steam room facilities at their own risk
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pool has no swimming guard
- The house chef/cook will handle meal preparation. A daily service fee will be charged to your final bill.
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : Arabic - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 11:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 500.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

Très belle maison, très joliment décorée. Répartition des pièces très pratique. Le service est exceptionnel, Rachid et Myriam ont été très attentionnés et sont d'une très grande gentillesse. La climatisation dans les chambres et le bassin intérieur sont très appréciables aprés une journée passée en ville sous 47°C.

Quelques coupures de courants dû à la forte consommation d'énergie du jacuzzi, mais problème très vite résolu avec les conseils de Rachid.

C’est un Riad absolument magnifique, personnellement, je voulais du confort, changer d’horizons ce fut une mission accomplie cet endroit est magnifiquement situé et décoré avec goût. Mais par dessus tout, l’accueil de Meyriam et Rachid est exceptionnel, il sont discrets, aux petits soins, volontaires et disponibles.
Je compte bien y retourner dès que je vais pouvoir.
Chez Villanovo, j’ai eu comme contact Simo, un monsieur très sympathique et tous les engagements ont été respectés

L'emplacement est top proche à pieds de tout.
Le Spa est collé au Riad, très pratique pour commencer la journée ou en rentrant et faire un hammam.
Rachid et son épouse Myriam sont aux petits soins pour nous

Everything went really well.

Constructive comments :
Some of the rooms, the plombing wasn't working well, the water overflow when you take a shower.
The breakfast was a little bit plain, looked like eating the same thing thing everyday.
Someone came into the villa to visit for a purchase of the property and all our valuables where in the bedroom.
Otherwise, everything else was great.

C'est un magnifique RIAD décoré avec énormément de gout , tout en alliant le moderne et le traditionnel ! que dire de ce petit havre de paix au cœur de la vielle MARRAKECH, il est innovant avec sa bulle hermétique qui laisse profiter de la lumière naturelle !
Son personnel de maison est a l'écoute , discret et efficace . Nous avons séjourné a 6 , 3 adultes et 3 enfants , et nous nous sommes sentis très a l'aise et toutes les chambres sont très confortables et fonctionnels.

C'est la première fois que je passe par Villanovo , et je ne regrette pas !! tout y est la sécurité de transaction , les précisions , la réactivité …
je ne passerai que par cette conciergerie pour nos futures voyages au Maroc ou autre .

- the fact that we had to pay extra to use the washing machine
- the price of a cooked meal per person (€15). We felt that this was not worth it and either cooked ourselves or ate in restaurants.
- the breakfast was nice but not necessary. We felt in a way that we couldn’t use the kitchen while the staff was present;

Die Lage, der wunderschöne Privat Riad und vor allem die hervorragende und herzliche Betreuung durch Myriam und Rachid!! Frühstück war sehr gut und wurde liebevoll serviert. Das Abendessen ( 3-Gänge Menü - Taijine in allen Variationen) war besser als im Restaurant…

Nous avons tellement d'éloges à faire à propos de notre séjour passé dans ce riad magnifique, il allie élégance et authenticité. C'est très propre!
Rachid et Myrieme sont aux petits soins et d'une gentillesse incroyable. Leur humanité nous a touché et nous les remercions encore de nous avoir permis de vivre une telle expérience. Myrieme est une excellente cuisinière! Ne changez rien!!

Simo de Villanovo a été également très présent dans l'élaboration de notre séjour, mettant ses conseils à dispo. Merci Simo!
La situation géographique répondait parfaitement à nos attentes car le riad se situe au coeur de la Kasbah, quartier populaire et vivant, un peu moins touristique que d'autres. Restauration à proximité.
On recommande 1000 fois ce riad. Durant ces quelques jours nous avons eu cette sensation que nous étions chez nous.

Nous avons pu remarquer l'excellente réactivité de l'équipe de Villanovo, se montrant disponible à chacune de nos questions. MERCI!!!

Nous avons adoré la localisation de la maison, en plein coeur de la Kasbah, les balades interminables à nous perdre dans les magnifiques petites rues, les marchés, les gens, les découvertes! Un régal!
Myriem et Rachid ont été adorables et nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur service.
On se sent vraiment bien au Riad, au calme, on entend même les oiseaux chanter!
Nous avons eu un temps superbe donc parfait pour profiter de la terrasse et du jacuzzi!

Merci pour ce séjour hors du temps dont nous nous souviendrons longtemps !

Aucun, à part peut être de faire attention aux marches avec de jeunes enfants.
