Riad Alferea is an authentic small 18th century palace, ideally located in the heart of the tourist district and museums of the Medina of Marrakech. Indoors 

The property offers nine spacious and refined air-conditioned rooms, with private bathrooms (in marble and tadelakt) overlooking the patio of the Riad, the pool or the terrace.
The Riad has 7 large double rooms and a suite for 3 people 55m2 and another suite for 4 people 75m2.
Each bedroom is unique and has harmoniously associate contemporary and traditional Moroccan styles.
The suites have an authentic 18th century architecture with high ceilings.


Outdoors​ 

Inside the riad, guests can discover the immense interior patio with its orange trees. They will be lulled by the singing of the fountains and the birds and enjoy the lovely heated pool.
The riad also features a rooftop with a breathtaking view of the Ben Youssef Mosque and the Atlas Mountains, dining areas (in the patio and on the rooftop), a SPA with Hammam and a solarium.
There is a paying parking located 10 meters from the Riad. 

Staff & Services

Price includes a welcome with traditional mint tea, breakfast, access to the common areas, concierge services, daily housekeeping, a night watchman, a bottle of water on arrival, access to the solarium, use of the heated pool and "Sens de Marrakech" care products in the bedrooms.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as lunch, dinner, drinks, access to the SPA & Hammam, excursions and airport transfers.

Note: Access to the kitchen is reserved for our staff.


Location

The Riad is ideally located in the heart of the Medina of Marrakech (in the centre of Riad Laârouss, Assouel and Zaouia Lahdar districts) next to the Spice Square, the Marrakech Museum, the photography Museum, the Secret Garden and the souks. Marrakech Menara Airport is only 15 minutes away.
From the riad, guests can easily explore the city.
They will have the chance to walk through narrow streets that have retained their authenticity and discover the market, as well as the Medina and its souks.
Numerous restaurants, the Café des Epices, the Café Arabe, the Secret Garden, the Museum of Photography and the Marrakech Museum are only a 5-minute walk away.
