This exceptional house consists of 3 patios: a majestic main patio planted with trees, a more intimate secondary patio where a huge jacaranda tree grows, and a third patio with a year-round heated swimming pool. Decorated by its owner in a highly personalised way, the riad offers a unique charm that will appeal to lovers of beautiful, authentic places. Numerous objets d'art and antiques, Moorish-inspired furniture from the 30s and 50s, carpets, cushions and fabrics.
The bedrooms are personalised with a dominant colour in warm tones, the ceilings are lined with plaster and sculpted wood, they have large fireplaces, spacious bathrooms in tadelakt and coloured ceramics, separate toilets, reversible air conditioning, etc.
The riad has a floor area of 1000 m², with plenty of convivial space, a panoramic terrace, solarium, lounges and Wi-Fi connection.

They offer an elegant and intimate setting that combines comfort and conviviality. They are tastefully decorated in Moroccan style with warm colours and sumptuous fabrics.

Room 2 - Assia (Duplex - 16m2) - Grand Riad :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm configurable in twin beds. Bathroom private, with shower.

Room 3 - Pacha (Patio privé - appartement de 62m2) - Grand Riad :
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 160 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower.

Room 4 - Sultana (35m2) - Grand Riad :

Room 10 - Skoura (balcon semi privé - 42m2) - Riad piscine :
Suite, 1st floor. The bedroom has 2 Beds including 1 double bed 160 cm, 1 double bed 140 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. This bedroom includes also balcony.

Extra beds can be provided on request:
- Bedroom 1: 1 x 90cm bed,
- Bedroom 4: 1 x 90cm bed,
- Bedroom 6: 1 x 90cm bed,
- Bedroom 9: 1 90cm bed.
- Bedroom 10: 1 x 90cm bed.

Note: bedroom 3 is made up of a room with a 160cm bed and a bathroom with bath and shower, and a second room with 3 single 90cm beds and a bathroom with shower.

The elegant, refined decor makes it a place of peace, and leaves you reeling from the contrasts between the hustle and bustle of life in the medina and the absolute serenity of the riad. The design of the spaces, the choice of materials and colours invite you to experience the authentic.
The 17th-century riad boasts a number of beautiful living rooms, including our large lounge with its magnificent ceiling decorated with zouaqs (paintings) and its mezzanine library. You will also appreciate the lounge area in the gallery on the main patio, and the roof top with its stunning view of the Atlas and the medina.
Meals in the large patio in front of the fireplace, the dining room in the small patio or the Salon des Miroirs where dinners take on a different flavour...
A massage area in the riad invites you to relax body and mind and make your stay a truly relaxing experience.


Staff & Services

The house staff will look after you during your stay: Chimney fires, candle and lantern lighting, daily cleaning, preparation of meals and aperitifs.
For private functions in general, the villa offers different atmospheres: a family barbecue, a bohemian picnic or traditional Moroccan cuisine with tajines.
- Prices start from €25 per person for lunch.
- For dinner, you can choose between international cuisine (wok and paella cooked in front of you) and Moroccan cuisine (couscous, Tangia, pastilla, lamb shoulder confit, etc.). The average price for dinner is between €30 and €40 per person. For festive dinners, the average price is between €45 and €60.
Meals are free for children under 6, and half price for children aged 6 to 10.
- The villa can also organise your aperitifs with various cocktails and appetisers.
Moroccan wines (white, rosé or red) are available at an average price of between €25 and €40 per bottle.
- Half-board or full-board can also be arranged (on request and at extra cost).


Location

The house is located in Bab Aylan, which has remained a traditional and lively part of the medina.
There is a guarded car park close to the house.
Taxis can be dropped off 100 metres from the house.
