This beautiful house located in the center of Marrakech, in the heart of Gueliz and Majorelle district is one of the most charming townhouses there are. It is ideally located a few minute walk from the Yves Saint Laurent Museum and the Jardin Majorelle which are unavoidable while in Marrakech. With 4 high-standing double bedrooms,Villa Excelsior can host 8 to 9 people comfortably, ideal for an intimate trip with family or friends. The perks of the villa is that it is located in the center of the red city as well as being in a quiet area as well as having a wonderful flourished garden to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Interiors
All of the charming 4 bedrooms offer a view of the lovely garden and all have double beds as well as ensuite bathrooms, 3 of which include a bathtub. The interiors are sophisticated and tasteful with large open spaces which are very luminous. The living spaces include everything to ensure a perfect stay such as a fireplace and communicating dining and living rooms to reinforce the convivial ambiance. These open onto a covered terrace with garden furniture including a sitting area as well as dining one to enjoy some al fresco meals with your loved ones. There is also an elevator which serves the 2 floors of the villa.
Exteriors
The swimming pool in the garden is cornered by 2 small pavilions which are covered and have for purpose to allow guests to rest outside in the shade. There are also sun loungers by the pool to make the most of the morrocan rays. Furthermore, there is a terrasse with another seating area and more sun loungers on the second floor to give guests the option of where they would like to relax.

For guests’ ultimate comfort, Villa Excelsior is fully staffed and includes a maid, a caretaker and a cook who will prepare delightful meals and go shopping so that you can sit back and relax.

Localisation excellente pour les déplacements à Marrakech, belle villa, personnel au top et discret, je recommande.
Pour une première réservation avec Villanovo, j ai trouvé que cela s'est très bien déroulé: facilité de réservation, conciergerie très pro... cela change des Airbnb ou autres. Je repasserai par Villanovo pour nos prochaines destinations.
La grande chambre du deuxième étage a un problème de bruit a cause de la grille de la ventilation qui laisse passer le bruit de la rue. Le répétiteur Wifi est trop faible dans la chambre.
Les aboiements du chien du voisin durant la nuit...
Très belle maison, bien située, personnel très agréable et très serviable.
La cuisine était excellente avec un grand choix de plats marocains et autres.
Tout était très bien géré par notre concierge.
Maison très agréable et calme, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Le personnel de la maison était attentionné et très gentil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Maison très spacieuse avec une superbe décoration. Les chambres très confortables et certaines très grandes avec chacune une salle de bains et toilettes. Ce qui permettait d'avoir chacun son intimité. Nous avions chaque soir les cheminées du salon et salle à manger allumées ce qui rendait les pièces chaleureuses. Le jardin bien agréable et 2 terrasses nous permettaient d'avoir une vue dégagée sur le jardin Majorelle.
Le personnel d'un accueil des plus agréables, toujours présent pour répondre à toutes nos attentes et toujours disponible pour nous accompagner à nos rendez-vous.
Nos chambres étaient faites tous les jours comme si nous étions à l'hôtel.
Quant aux cuisinières, les plats que nous avions demandés étaient plus que délicieux et d'une présentation incroyable et nous avions la chance d'être servis comme au restaurant et le plus c'était la surprise d'entrées et dessert (tchoutchouka, courgettes marinées Panacotta à l'orange...)
L'agence Villanovo a bien été présente et a répondu à nos attentes et à toutes nos questions sur l'organisation sur place
Elle s'est également bien occupée des réservations de restaurants que nous souhaitions

Très satisfaite dans l ensemble. Belle villa. Personnel discret et efficace. Nadia, Sabah,Rhalid font un trio très agréable pour nous rendre le séjour inoubliable. La cuisine est excellente. Les petits déjeuners copieux et variés. Un grand merci à cette équipe. Villanovo nous a donné les bons contacts pour les excursions et les massages. Nous somme très satisfait de la prestation.
