Indoors

The house was completely renovated in 2023.
You'll immediately be charmed by its generous, comfortable and tastefully decorated interiors.
You'll find pleasant living areas and 5 bedrooms.

Outdoors

The property boasts vast, well-appointed exteriors, allowing you to fully appreciate the pleasures of being outdoor.
You will enjoy a large terrace on the ground level, a wooded garden (with a reading corner), a roof terrace (with a complete lounge area, various lounges and a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains), a beautiful swimming pool (14x5m) that can be heated, a comfortable caidal tent and a pétanque strip.

Staff & Services

You will benefit from the services of the villa's team, composed by a cook, a butler (service and caretaking) and a gardener.
The price includes the services of the house staff, daily cleaning, final cleaning, breakfast, garden and pool maintenance.
Villa Saada Atlas also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, half or full board option, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking, baby-sitting, airport transfer...
Please note that butler services after 10pm are subject to a surcharge.

Rental conditions

- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
- Children welcome
- It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
- No safety fence around the pool
- Pets allowed (after acceptance of the owner)
- Pool has no swimming guard
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house
- The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
- Language spoken by staff : Arabic - French
- Check-in : 15:00 h - Check out : 10:00 h
- Amount of security deposit : 3 000.00 EUR
- Security deposit must be paid in the form of : Credit card pre-authorization (amount is not debited from your card)

Reservation conditions

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- No show 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo

La casa è bellissima e ben curata, una piccola oasi lontana dalla caotica Marrakesh

Avevo 3 richieste e nessuna purtroppo è stata esaudita
- i fiori in camera per la festeggiata non sono stati messi
- avevo dato indicazioni due / tre settimane prima dell’arrivo sul beveraggio e sull’importo da spendere, quando è arrivato, L importo era sproporzionato, quasi il doppio !
purtroppo ho fatto una brutta figura con i miei ospiti perché L ho dovuto mandare indietro
- avevo dato indicazioni sulla disposizione delle camere e due sono state sbagliate, altra brutta figura per me

Loved how gorgeous this contemporary villa was. It is a newer-build villa, which we all really appreciated as everything was clean, comfortable, and stylish, all while still keeping in true Moroccan style. I particularly loved the art and furniture. The grounds are also stunning. The house manager is really wonderful, professional, and friendly (in a non-intrusive way!) while the cook served some of our favorite Moroccan dishes we ate.

I really appreciated all of the Villanovo itinerary planning ahead of time with me!

The pool heater was not working for our stay, although they immediately brought someone in to fix it but the pieces wouldn't come until after our departure.
