Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds configurable as a double bed. Bathroom shared. WC are shared. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Room 6 - 25 m² :
Room, direct access to the garden, direct access to the pool, direct access to the terrace, view of the garden, pool view. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom ensuite. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also dressing room.

Note: Room 6 is located in an annex in the garden, next to the swimming pool. The annex also includes a hammam and massage room.

The house was completely renovated in 2023.
You'll immediately be charmed by its generous, comfortable and tastefully decorated interiors.
You'll find pleasant living areas and 6 bedrooms.


Outdoors​ 

The property boasts vast, well-appointed exteriors, allowing you to fully appreciate the pleasures of being outdoor.
You will enjoy a large terrace on the ground level, a wooded garden (with a reading corner), a roof terrace (with a complete lounge area, various lounges and a beautiful view of the Atlas Mountains), a beautiful swimming pool (14x5m) that can be heated, a comfortable caidal tent and a pétanque strip.


Staff & Services

You will benefit from the services of the villa's team, composed by a cook, a butler (service and caretaking) and a gardener.
The price includes the services of the house staff, daily cleaning, final cleaning, breakfast, garden and pool maintenance.
Villa Saada Atlas also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as pool heating, half or full board option, grocery delivery, villa pre-stocking, baby-sitting, airport transfer...
Please note that butler services after 10pm are subject to a surcharge.

Rental conditions

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house

- Guarantee deposit charged by Villanovo upon reservation : 40 %
- 2nd payment 45 Days to arrival day : 60 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.
- The owner may ask you to pay the amounts due for on-site services in local currency.
- The reservation price does not include optional incidentals or on-request items which will be added to your final bill.
- Payments in local currency are subject to variation in currency exchange rates.

Cancellation policy and cancellation fees

- Any booking modification or cancellation must be sent to us by email
- Cancellation policy is applied according to villa local time
- For all cancellations, the initial guarantee deposit is non-refundable.
- Cancellation occurs less than 45 Days to arrival day : 100 % of total amount of reservation is due to Villanovo.

Das von Villanovo vermittelte Haus entsprach exakt unseren Vorstellungen: wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaftem Garten, schönem Pool und tollen Möbeln. Die Besitzerin steckte viel Liebe in die Einrichtung mit vielen tollen Details wie Bilder, Vasen, Kissen etc. Der Empfang durch Ahmed und Mathilde von Villanovo war herzlich und kompetent. Alles, was wir in Auftrag gaben, klappte auf die Minute, das Zusammenspiel Villa-Villanovo-Transportgesellschaft vertreten durch den hervorragenden und empathischen Fahrer Rashid war eine Freude. Das Essen konnten wir mitbestimmen und die tollen BBQ, Salate, Desserts und andere Speisen haben das hervorragende Gesamtbild abgerundet. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt, nichts war den Hausangestellten zu viel. Wir beabsichtigen, unsere zukünftigen Ferien wieder in dieser Villa zu verbringen.

Wir arbeiten seit 2016 mit Villanovo zusammen und sind noch nie enttäuscht worden. Diese Villa hat uns Riad Toghzaoui vorgeschlagen und er traf damit wieder wie bisher ins Schwarze. Da unsere langjährige Vertraute Bettina leider verstorben ist, hat sich Mathilda uns angenommen und alles wieder so organisiert, dass nichts schief lief und alles auf Zeit klappte. Mathilda hat uns auch vorgeschlagen, einen fixen Fahrer zu buchen, anstatt wie bisher selber zu fahren, was ein hervorragender Tipp war, wenn man die Verkehrssituation in Marrakesch berücksichtigt. Wir wurden durch Rashid mehr als verwöhnt und haben dank ihm deutlich mehr unternommen als in den bisherigen Ferien (abends, Essaouira, Golf, Shopping etc.). Auch in Zukunft würden wir wieder auf die Miete eigener Fahrzeuge verzichten und dafür wieder auf die Dienste von Rashid zählen. Für uns und auch wenn die Familie dabei ist, würden wir Ferien nur mit Villanovo buchen, die kompetenteste Firma für Luxusobjekte.

Le style, la déco, l’atmosphère, la piscine, le jardin.

Bonne équipe de conciergerie
1) Il n’y a pas 5 chambres mais 4. La chambre de maître était magnifique mais nous avons dû la laisser aux enfants car nous voulions notre intimité.
2) la clim de la chambre bleue qui sautait régulièrement et qu’il fallait relancer après 30min.

Le majordome, Ahmed à été aux petits soins avec nous. A la fois disponible et discret, il a été très apprécié de tous les résidents durant notre séjour.
Mention spécial pour le personnel et la maison très bien équipée. WiFi, piscine, et le personnel . Très bonne spécialité culinaire locale.

Nous referons appel aux services de Villanovo. Excellent service.

La casa è bellissima e ben curata, una piccola oasi lontana dalla caotica Marrakesh
Avevo 3 richieste e nessuna purtroppo è stata esaudita
- i fiori in camera per la festeggiata non sono stati messi
- avevo dato indicazioni due / tre settimane prima dell’arrivo sul beveraggio e sull’importo da spendere, quando è arrivato, L importo era sproporzionato, quasi il doppio !
purtroppo ho fatto una brutta figura con i miei ospiti perché L ho dovuto mandare indietro
- avevo dato indicazioni sulla disposizione delle camere e due sono state sbagliate, altra brutta figura per me

Loved how gorgeous this contemporary villa was. It is a newer-build villa, which we all really appreciated as everything was clean, comfortable, and stylish, all while still keeping in true Moroccan style. I particularly loved the art and furniture. The grounds are also stunning. The house manager is really wonderful, professional, and friendly (in a non-intrusive way!) while the cook served some of our favorite Moroccan dishes we ate.

I really appreciated all of the Villanovo itinerary planning ahead of time with me!
The pool heater was not working for our stay, although they immediately brought someone in to fix it but the pieces wouldn't come until after our departure.
