25 minutes from Marrakech and only 15 minutes from Royal Golf and Amelkis Golf Resort, on the road leading to the village of Sidi Abdallah Ghiat, Villa Ozin is a beautiful luxury villa with a staff of 8.
Built on a landscaped garden of 12,000 square metres and offering a privileged view of the Atlas mountains, the main house is 450 square metres including a large reception opening onto the garden and heated pool, three suites with fireplace and ensuite bathroom.
A stones throw away, nestled in walls covered with bougainvillea, there are two pretty pavillions of sixty square metres. Each consists of a lounge, a large double bedroom, dressing room, bathroom and private terrace.

In the main house there is the reception, a living room with fireplace, a plasma TV, a Bose stereo hifi with stand iPhone-iPod, a library, fireplace and armchairs as in an English club and a dining table seating 10 guests
The property also offers a spa area inlcuding a hammam, a massage and treatment room and an ultra modern gym.


Outdoors

The park is planted with dozens of huge palm trees, some being more than a century old, and in the middle there is the large swimming pool next to the lounge area under the pergola.


Staff & Services

- There is security day and night and three gardeners
- In the villa two maids and a cook
These 8 people perform a very discreet service.

For catering, you may choose the following:
- Host table on request with lunch and dinner, -50% for children from 6 to 12 years, free for the children of less than 5 years
- Cook at your service + cost of food.

In both formulas, the staff set the table and manage the service for three meals 7/7.
Pool heating is only available for reservations of 5 days or more. This service must be requested at least 1 week before arrival.
Please note that only the staff is in charge of groceries.
From December 18 to January 04, Villa Ozin can only be rent for 8 bedrooms (sleep capacity of 20 people).
