Villa Rose de l’Atlas

The Villa Rose de l'Atlas covers one hectare of lush greenery 13 kilometres from Marrakech, on the Route de l'Ourika. Designed to offer comfort and serenity, it consists of a main house and a separate pavilion. Its various spaces can accommodate up to 16 people (12 adults and 2 children) in suites and rooms, spread between the two buildings, all with private bathrooms. Two swimming pools, one of which is indoor and can be heated, and numerous leisure facilities are available in a remarkable landscaped setting with unobstructed views of the Atlas Mountains.

Room 1
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 2
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also fireplace, TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 3
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also TV, safe, private terrace.

Room 4
Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom.

Room 5 - Pavillon - 1 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with bathtub. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area.

Room 6 - Pavillon - 2 :
Room, Ground level. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also living area.

Note: 
- The house also has two other bedrooms located in the basement (more suitable for children/teenagers or staff). Each has a double bed (140 cm) and a private bathroom (with shower and toilet).


Indoors 

The main house has four large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs, which are also accessible by lift. Two fully equipped kitchens and three living rooms combine modernity with Moroccan elements in a bright atmosphere, thanks to the generous ceiling heights.
The open-air patio connects the living areas and the garden, accentuating the impression of continuity between indoors and outdoors. 
The garden pavilion has two suites facing the indoor swimming pool, which can be heated* (3 x 7m - depth: 1.1 to 1.8m), creating a separate, peaceful space.

*The indoor swimming pool can be heated on request and at an additional cost.


Outdoors 

The garden, maintained daily by a gardener, has 80 olive trees, a large lawn, fruit trees, a rose garden and a vegetable garden. The outdoor swimming pool* (16 x 6m - depth: 0.5 to 2m), combined with a jacuzzi (3 x 3m), is part of a complete relaxation area with barbecue and outdoor lounge. A paved path winds through the property for walks or bike rides. Children have a two-storey tree house and a wooden play tent. The entire grounds offer panoramic views of the Atlas Mountains.

* The outdoor swimming pool is not and cannot be heated.


Staff & Services

The presence of a full-time gardener ensures that the grounds and vegetable garden are carefully maintained, guaranteeing the setting and quality of your stay.
Breakfast is included in the price.

  You don't have to worry about the shopping involved in preparing them, the house takes care of that:
  • Lunch : from 35 euros per person and per meal,
  • Dinner : from 40 euros per person and per meal.
     
• ''En liberté'' option: You pay the price of the groceries. The house staff will do the shopping and cook with the ingredients you buy.
