Indoors 

You will be seduced by this beautiful single-storey home, with its comfort and tasteful decor.
You'll love the charming entrance hall (with guest toilet), the kitchen, the comfortable and spacious first living room and the small sitting room with TV area.
The house also has 5 spacious bedrooms. Three of them are in the main house, 1 (independent) on the first floor with access from outside, and 1 in a caidal tent in the garden. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom.


Outdoors​ 

The property extends over more than one hectare.
You'll love the magnificent wooded garden, the vegetable patch and the orchard.
You can also take advantage of the spacious terrace adjoining the living room, the second covered terrace on the first floor (with a fireplace and views of the Atlas Mountains), the large swimming pool (15 x 7m - 1 to 2 m deep), the pool house, as well as various places where you can relax, enjoy a drink or a meal.


Staff & Services

The villa benefits from the services of two housekeepers, a gardener and a caretaker.
The price includes breakfast and a cleaning service.
On request and at an additional cost, you can organise events and photo shoots on site.

The property is just 25 minutes from Marrakech and its activities.
You will also be 15 minutes from the main golf courses.


Notes :

- According to Moroccan law, no unmarried Muslim couples may be accepted at the villa.
- The property's two cats will join you during your stay; they are the masters of the house.
