Room, 1st floor. This bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom private, with bathtub, shower. WC in the bathroom. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.


Indoors 

This 550 m2 home offer very attractive interiors. Nothing has been left to chance. It's calm at any time of day. You'll appreciate the pleasant living areas and the five bedrooms (each with its own private bathroom).


Outdoors 

The house is nestled in 5000 m2 of wooded garden.  The property also features elegant terraces, a pétanque court and a secure outdoor swimming pool (15 x 4 m - Depth: 1.4 to 1.8 m) (heating: optional and at extra cost)


Staff & Services

You will be delighted by the high standard of service provided by the house staff (a housekeeper, a cook and a gardener), who are always smiling and available. The villa is set in secure, private estate.

Please note that the menus offered are Moroccan and that the cook does not work on Sundays. The cost of the ingredients is not included in the price.
If the villa is rented with more than 3 bedrooms, the cook will be accompanied by an assistant to help her.

- Hammam (2 hours maximum): from 500DHS, 
- On-site massage in the massage room by a professional (1 hour): from 450DHS,
- Scrub and Hammam (30 mins): from €70,
- Shopping by staff: cost of shopping based on receipts (deducted from working capital deposit) + €20 for travel and petrol costs (excluding wine and alcohol)
- Washing machine: from 100DHS

Note: when the working capital is exhausted, it will have to be renewed (staff cannot advance the funds).
