Das Haus

Riad Kerkeden is a beautiful Moroccan villa which has been tastefully renovated to offer a bright, vibrant and comfortable home to escape to. Everything has been arranged and considered to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Whether you choose to adventure to Marrakech for some summer sun or escape the cold at wintertime, this luxury villa has got everything covered.

This riad features 4 bedrooms all with bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. All of which are tastefully decorated and are finished with the smallest details of fresh linen and towels. Kerkeden also features a beautiful double terrace, perfect for enjoying lunch or dinner.

The home is based in the traditional district over the Medina in Marrakech, boasting incredible views of the Atlas mountains in the distance. The location is perfect, as downtown Gueliz is only minutes away and 10 minutes walk will take you to the Jamaa el Fna square and the souks. After your day’s adventure, enjoy winding down in the pool on the patio (which can be heated upon request).

- Covered terrace area with benches and cushions
- Table for outdoor meals, umbrellas
- Sun terrace equipped with a closed door with a padlock to prevent unattended children from accessing. Indeed the terrace is not secured by fences and potentially dangerous for children.
- Toilet for Bedroom 4.

The service is provided by two people in charge of the house. Breakfast is included. Ibtissam will be very happy to let you discover her excellent Moroccan cuisine and take care of food preparation for you.

Cette maison RIAD avait une réelle âme familiale qui a totalement correspondu à notre séjour en famille
Par ailleurs le personnel a été à la fois sympathique et efficace

Simo, le concierge de Villanovo sur place est disponible et efficace

Les canalisations et système de chauffage de l’eau un peu bruyant

Personnel au top, que ce soit Rachida la cuisinière qui nous a mijoté de bons petits plats, Simo ou Mustapha, ils sont tous très serviables, réactifs au petit soin. Merci a eux

Le piscina non è mai stata davvero calda da far venire voglia di entraci. Molto costoso scaldarla. Mai usata.

Le pulizie della casa potrebbero essere migliorate
Tavolo e sedie sulla terrazza erano inutilizzabili perché troppo sporchi
La cucina e le stoviglie non erano pulite. I bicchieri rimanevano sporchi per giorni
Si evidenzia nella descrizione del rieda che i tessili sono di pregio (vero per alcune cose) ma c’è una tovaglia di plastica in sala sul tavolo e per colazione vengono usati tovaglioli di carta. Questo non è coerente.

La casa è arredata molto bene e tutte le stanze sono molto confortevoli. I bagni spaziosi e le parti comuni sono diverse e molto piacevoli. Il servizio di Ibtissam e Mustafà è ottimo. La colazione servita in terrazza nel sole di dicembre è stata piacevolissima e anche la possibilità di prendere il sole in terrazza (fortunati con il tempo?). Il riad è molto tranquillo e si riposa benissimo. Bellissime lenzuola e asciugamani.
Abbiamo cenato più volte in casa, incluso la festa dell'ultimo dell'anno; Ibtissam è un'ottima cuoca ed abbiamo mangiato meglio che nei ristoranti.

Premesso che la casa è bellissima gli unici inconvenienti sono:
- il fatto che il wi-fi funzioni soltanto al piano terra. Il wi-fi nelle stanze ha funzionato solo il primo giorno e poi non più
- l'utilizzo della lavatrice a pagamento sembra un po' eccessivo, visto il prezzo generale della casa

Jolie décoration on se sent comme à la maison. Beaucoup de charme, le personnel aux petits soins, tout était parfait

Lydia avait tout géré en amont, elle est passée nous voir le premier jour bonne réactivité..Les plans Villanovo sont parfaits tout est dessus, merci pour ce séjour !

Le WI FI pas très performant ! et Le Salon un peu petit et pas très confortable.

L'aménagement avec la piscine et les terrasses sur le toit (possibilité d'y prendre les repas)
La gentillesse et le professionalisme du personnel de la maison
Le confort des chambres (linge de maison, literie, espace) + possibilité d'avoir du matériel de puériculture.
Excellents conseils de Villanovo pour l'organisation du séjour (guide, transferts, massages...).
Très grande disponibilité et excellente documentation

sa localisation, sa décoration, idéal pour une ou deux familles se connaissant

nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver la maison lors de notre arrivée en voiture depuis Casablanca. Les indications reçues par emails n'étaient pas suffisantes et nous avons demandé en vain au personnel de la maison de nous retrouver là où nous étions perdus.

Como unico comentario segeriria avisar sobre los extras para evitar sorpresas. Es logico pagar por el nespresso o agua, mas seria mejor dejarlo claro.
